The service sucked a big one.Ihad $2000.00 to spend and an old man next to me looking at straw hats for about 40minites never got served and he had $7000.00 to spend.

Thea the assistant manager was very helpful still I did not get helped proper yet she had her manager Nadia come to help and she was just worried about eating her lunch told me nothing she can do as she walked off mid conversation and laughed. She has the worst attitude and customer service. I have a $200 pair of Cody Johnson boots that I have worn for maybe five months and on both boots The soul has cracked all the way through to my foot and more than one spot on each boat
I called the previous day and was told to bring the boots in physically so a manager can have a look at them And Nadia gave me no more than 30 through 45 seconds of her time and laughed as she went and said she needs to go eat for her lunch
Do not deal with the store if you have any issues due to the poor customer service Nadia, the manager has provided for me and most likely others
This is unacceptable. I should be able to wear the bottom of the boot slick before it starts falling apart.
If anyone can help me address this issue feel free
Nadia proceeded to ask if I can condition my boots and what I did for a living. She said I used the wrong kind of conditioner so there’s nothing she can do for me
I proceeded to tell her that nobody conditions at the bottom of their boots, so rather eye conditioned my boots or not the bottoms should not crack and especially as bad as mine after the assistant manager had told me it was most likely a manufacture defect
Nadia definitely needs to be demoted until she can learn for customer service skills and at least be more polite as she is unable to help me
I honestly am not the only one that has had issues with this manager

Today I decided to get out of my comfort zone and dive into go buying me some boots! I’ve always loved the style and had a pair a long time ago that I really wore only three times and ended up giving them away! I love how boots looked on everyone but myself! Walking in the store everyone was extremely helpful, but I will have to give the shining star acknowledgement to Priscilla! She had patience with how picky I am, and also made me feel confident in my purchase and wearing boots despite some of my own insecurities! Thank you Priscilla for holding up a mirror to my face! I can’t wait to boot scoot and boogie in these new boots! I will most definitely be back! ❤️?
