My friend's car had a flat tire on 77 in Waxahachie. The nearest place we could stop was Caliber Collision. We knew that flat tires were not one of their services, but we went inside to ask if anyone could at least take off the flat tire and put on the donut. We simply did not have the strength to do it ourselves. A gentleman from Caliber Collision did just that! He did it out of kindness - he would not take any money for changing the tire. We were extremely grateful for his generosity of time and effort.

Had a phenomenal experience at this location. My Service Manager’s name was RJ. RJ had a great level of knowledge and the level of communication was great. At no time did I feel I wasn’t getting 5 star level service. He did such an excellent job I was convinced that he was the head person at the location. When I asked him if he was he said he was one of the service managers. I told RJ that his Boss was lucky to have him on his team. If I could give this location and him 10 stars I would.

We had two vehicles repaired here after a March hailstorm (Chevy pickup and Jeep Gladiator), and while our advisor was nice, the quality of work has been disappointing. The truck had to go back twice, came back with new scratches they had to repair, and the running lights still don’t work. The Jeep leaked after repair and now has broken clips on the plastic bed cap that we have to replace ourselves. Water is still leaking in. We’re letting our insurance know, as they referred us here.
Edited to add: I've sent an email to the address listed in the google review response, and have yet to hear anything. Just adding to my frustration.

We have waited over a month for our car to be repaired due to hail damage. Told by John that it would be about 2 weeks to complete. Dropped car off May 22nd have called multiple times for updates and given one excuse after another as to why repairs are not complete. Today is June 26th and still not ready! Do not recommend Caliber Collision. Very disappointing!

I've used Caliber Collision in the past and have always been impressed with the quality of their work, which made my recent experience at their Waxahachie location all the more disappointing. I brought in my Jeep Wrangler for hail damage repair, expecting the same high standards I've seen before. Unfortunately, the initial repair left noticeable orange peel on the hood, and after a simple trip through the car wash, it appeared some of the clear coat had come off.
I returned the Jeep to have these issues addressed, but even after the second attempt, the orange peel is still quite evident and the paint job simply doesn't reflect the level of quality I’ve come to associate with Caliber. I appreciate the team’s willingness to rework the job, but the final result is still below expectations. After previous positive experiences, this one really missed the mark.

Caliber Collision in Waxahachie exceeded all our expectations! My wife’s Tahoe was recently involved in an accident, and from start to finish, the team at Caliber made the process smooth, professional, and stress-free. They completed all the repair work in just two weeks, which was much faster than we anticipated.
The communication with Edwin was top-notch — we received regular updates, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The Tahoe came back looking brand new, and you’d never know it had been in an accident.
