I was impressed with everything about this dealership from the time I pulled into the service bay until I left! Friendly employees, a well-kept and comfortable waiting area, prompt service, and reasonable rates: what more could an elderly woman ask for?I highly recommend Legacy Chevrolet, and will be returning myself when my car needs service in the future!

I always have arrived early for my appointments and have had quick and accurate service. Staff in the service department is always pleasant and helpful. I never worry about the outcome of service on my Buick.

Had an appointment to get an airbag recall done at Legacy Chevrolet. My wife showed up and was told she had to sign a waver releasing them of any liability if they break her dash and that we would be responsible for paying to get it fixed. I called 2 other dealership and asked about this and was told that that was concerning and no way my responsibility to fix. Was told to stay as far away from this business as possible. Hope this helps others. Don't sign.

When i bought my car, they were nice and polite. Not oushy and did not trybto push any extra stuffBut the service department has been notithing by clowns and scammersTelling me they work knnfirst come first server, but that they need a scheduled appointment to fix stuff.How does that make any sense

Made an appointment through their online system to have a diagnostic on my back up system. When I arrived, they could not find my appointment. I showed them the confirmation, and basically was told that it would be at least seven days before they could even look at it. When I asked why I was allowed to make an appointment, they said it's a new system that is still "getting the bugs" worked out. Why in the world would you use a system that doesn't work? When I asked what could be done, all I got was a blank stare. Taking my vehicle somewhere that cares about customer experience. This was not it.

And, definitely got one. A really big deal!Go see these folks for a spectacular experience. They bend over backwards to seal the deal and will work with you to get the best pricing.Otherwise I wouldn’t have driven over a 500 mile round trip in one day to secure the car I’ve been looking for with the right pricing.Ask for Alex Hicks. Sales Consultant. Tell him that “Math” guy sent ya!

Really appreciated the way I was treated while making my purchase.Shout out to Von Pigg for his business dealing. And was impressed with his detailed explanation of the features in my new truck.In the future I will definitely look him up.I forget the gentleman in the finance dept I guess you call it. Maintenance had to reschedule me 3 times and didn’t know what they were doing. One lady called me and said I couldn’t come in because they were switching systems after the first time of rescheduling me because I supposedly ended up on the wrong side of departments. We worked something out where I could come in and do my oil change and then my alignment another day but then she called me and said they were moving me back to the appointment before said she got it wrong. Went in and got my oil change but not my alignment done. When that’s what I originally came for. Now it’s been about 2 weeks and still haven’t got what I needed all done.

The service writer (Dan) was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. This was the 2nd time in the shop for the same reason! My car feels like NEW!!Great job to the service dept @ Carlisle again.

We are looking for a dealership to get our Silverado serviced at since moving to Midlothian. Our previous dealership in Grapevine is pretty far to drive to since we moved. We had an oil change, tires rotated and oil filter changed last week. This is our first and last time there. The gal that oversees the oil changes was super nice and friendly. The work that was done seemed to be done sufficiently. A different service employee, Nathan, who I hadn't talked to before, checked me our at the end of the service. I had several questions and he was very rude for no reason that I could figure out. I wanted to bring my truck back in again for some electrical diagnostic work as I had been having some issues and he rolled his eyes at my questions and didn't even attempt to answer my questions. I have never been treated so rudely before and won't pay to be aggravated for no reason. I'll keep looking for another service location.

This was by far the best dealership service experience I have had. I’m used to long waits so that is what I was expecting. I was initially quoted an hour wait for my oil change which for a Saturday afternoon seemed normal. To my surprise the team had my truck serviced and waiting for me at the door in under 30 minutes. This is now my go to for all my services

I brought my car there to fix and I told them what the problem was. They looked at the car and assured me that something different was wrong. They claimed they fixed what was wrong, but it didn’t fix the problem. They then said what was wrong was what I originally told them was the problem. They didn’t listen to me. On top of this they wanted to charge us even more to fix the true problem. My car returned in the same shape I dropped it off with and it cost me $1500. It was a poor experience and I will NEVER do business with them again and I encourage others not to either.

My kids attend Southwestern Assembly of God University. Their car needed attention. The service department treated my kids awesome by driving them back to the campus and picking them up when the car was ready. Thank you for caring for my kiddos! The service was great! Thank you!

I recently purchased my vehicle with a warranty for any issues found during the 7 day inspection period. I found several and was instructed to take to my nearest Cadillac dealership for repairs. This service department was amazing. Best customer communications every step of the way and the approved repairs were completed perfectly. However, the reason for my 5 star rating was the repairs they completed that were small, but not on the approved list, (which not only surprised me) but made me realize how seriously they take their customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any service you may need. Thank you Carlisle you are very much appreciated.
