Made an appointment through their online system to have a diagnostic on my back up system. When I arrived, they could not find my appointment. I showed them the confirmation, and basically was told that it would be at least seven days before they could even look at it. When I asked why I was allowed to make an appointment, they said it's a new system that is still "getting the bugs" worked out. Why in the world would you use a system that doesn't work? When I asked what could be done, all I got was a blank stare. Taking my vehicle somewhere that cares about customer experience. This was not it.

Had a very positive experience here when looking for a new car. Our sales rep, David, was easy to work with and was really helpful when I was trying to set up my Buick app. My new car is absolutely beautiful and got a good price for a Buick Escort.

Great place to get your vehicle service. The service department is always attentive, especially the young lady that sits to the right as you enter. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Can't beat the value and price of the service.

This people charge for paint code nuember from the car out there dealership! Wen the car don’t have a tag info in the globe compartment!! Wow never heard of a dealership charge you 25$ just to give you a number wow

Service department is highly unprofessional and lies just so they won't get in trouble. I would've never thought I'd have such an issue in a small town versus a city dealership. Yikes. I suppose I should've listened to the reviews others left on yelp because they were not wrong. What a horrid experience. The owner who comments to people seems like a real charmer (sarcasm), too. I'll make sure myself and any others I know stay away.

Just by reading the "business owners" comments you can see the consistent, arrogant excuses he makes. If you have to go here for service (like everyone else is saying) do yourself a favor and don't. Not going to explain myself because I don't want this sad excuse of a business owner to give his opinion and continue to turn a blind eye to his circus they call a "service dept." I almost want to recommend people to go here for service just to prove mine and others point. If you do go, you'll notice everyone in service sitting around but you won't get your car back for a few days. They will also unlawfully record you. Can't wait for the BBB to get ahold of this place.

The people that work here are very nice and they do good work for small repairs and standard maintenance. Unfortunately, for anything major or just not routine you will have a rough go at it. My car was here on two separate occasions and I lost a total of 14 days without my vehicle. I would call every other day to get a status and would just be left wandering what are they actually doing to the car. I would prefer they would just be honest and tell me the technician has no idea what it could be or we don't have time to access your issue due to personnel issues or an immense work load. I asked for my car back and the issue was never fully diagnosed let alone repaired. I am now looking for a repair shop/technician elsewhere, instead of those certified technicians that should be ready and available to charge me top dollar to fix my issue. It's not like this is all for a discounted price for buying a Chevrolet in the first place.Just prepare your expectations.
