I showed up at 10:15 with my daughter. Store claims to open at 10a but the door was still locked and no one was there. Very disappointed.

We got told to wait an hour for getting my daughter's ears pierced, and we said yes because we thought it would be worth it. We waited almost an hour and cameback early for them to get it ready, when we go in one of the employees say that the manager had already left and took the tools to pierce somebody's ear. My daughter was very excited to get her ears pierced, but after hearing that she was very sad and we had to go to another store to piece her ears.

We shop at Clair’s a lot for our accessories. Usually always greeted and very cute n friendly atmosphere. Today we had went in to make a purchase me and my two daughters.There were two older ladies working this Saturday felt uncomfortable felt like we were bothering them asked if we could see some locked up jewelry. Lady was sitting in the back of store and sighed ?. I’m already feeling uncertain by this lady she asked if she could hold our items at register instead of offering a basket ?.So still just shrugging it off. We purchased our items and kinda felt rushed.We leave my daughter excited about her purchase she puts on her earrings unfortunately the backing of the earring didn’t clasp luckily we had not drove off. We went back in to inform them of the defect approached by a different woman whom was like ( so do you want to get a different pair rude ). I said of course she never apologized for the defect and again like we had bothered them during there break time.. Walking out of Clair’s was unhappy and unsettling.

Daughter and i got ears pierced by Jaz. She was very attentive and was running the store alone and on mothers day. Thumbs up to Jaz. Claire's is lucky to have her.

I highly recommend if you are getting a baby/toddlers ears pierced. Jazmyn went above and beyond when piercing my 1 1/2 yr olds ears. She even went as far as singing along with us to try and distract my daughter. 10/10

Horrible don’t not get your babies ears pierced here. She marked my babies ears and the VERY FIRST ear when baby isn’t crying or moving she completely missed the mark and made it super low(I tried telling her it wasn’t on the mark but she already pierced it)then when she noticed it she blamed the baby moving >:(. Then instead of remarking the other ear to match the one she missed she actually hit the mark and now earring are not just a little off but waaaaay off. What do I do waste $80 and take them out or hurt my baby again because of their mess up?

This heavy set white woman on a ladder was rude to me. I asked her if the sale on the web was the same in store. She answered me in a short unwelcoming voice. Thank God I wore my mask. She waited until all the other Customers were out of the store then came down the ladder over to me and coughed! Then she covered her mouth! I looked at her. I believe she did it on purpose. Just nasty, rude, and low down!
