They replaced my iPad air screen in January, and now 3 months later it's dead in the middle and blacked out on the edges. And they're telling me that it's my fault (it's not, I barely used it) and that it'll be $260 more dollars.These guys are scam artists, take your business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

I have to agree with the other reviews that talk about the terrible customer service with this company. Tony, the manager, is horrible with customers, he is very condescending. I took the phone in and said what was going on with it to the girl at the counter, she then went into the back, came back and said she’d order a part. No one ever looked at my phone or checked to see if that was really what was wrong with it. Now it is my understanding she is not a tech. I stupidly paid, not knowing the store was corrupt. I went back in one hour later, telling her that is not what was wrong with the phone, she tells me there is no refund and I only get store credit or go ahead and replace the part. What??? Replace something not broke? I tell her I need to speak to the manager, hence Tony. He tells me the policy of no returns. I explain I understand if there was something physical I was trying to return or if he actually put a part in my phone, but up to this point NO ONE in that store had even touched my phone. I asked him what would have happened next week when I brought the phone back and he found out it was the wrong part. He actually said then we would diagnose it…and I am assuming charge me more money or just replace a good part and pretend it was bad. He then argued he ordered the part, I said then cancel it, it has been less than an hour. He said he can’t, there are hundreds of parts. WHAT? I know it hasn’t shipped because you guys told me it would be next week before it would come in. He still refused. I paid with a card, this would be a simple transaction to keep a customer happy. THEN he tried to tell me he would not credit back the full amount, he was keeping the tax! Omg, I had to inform him that was illegal. I don’t want store credit, I don’t want to come back to this store ever especially after dealing with Tony. I am pretty sure the no refund policy is because they screw up too much. William Kapsidelis since you are the owner of this store, you might want to get a hold of Tony, he seems to be causing some bad reviews. I did ask Tony to have you contact me and he refused. Good thing I found you on LinkedIn. Next stop BBB.

Went there to get my Apple laptop battery replaced. I was satisfied with the work they did and the price I was quoted. The only issue I had is that I had to ask how to prime my newly installed battery because they didn’t do it themselves. This is a VERY important step in the battery replacement process so you can maximize your laptop battery life and it can hold charges as long as possible. It could be the difference between your battery lasting 6 years or only 3 years. Thankfully, I remembered before I left and asked, but the technician doing that job should have primed the battery themselves or told the customer how to do it.

My screen was not cracked but Assurant had no available options online for the type damage I had (dead pixels and a flashing screen that got worse in a short period of time). I had to call T-Mobile and they told me I'd need a replacement phone, I knew I only needed a repair and just wanted to keep my phone insead of getting a refurbished replacement sent out for $99. I called these wonderful people and this nice woman answered all my questions, my repair with insurance only costed me $32! They were so knowledgeable and quick only an hour and half repair.

Wi-Fi malfunction happened during phone repair. Couldn’t be undone. Phone has to be sent off for 1+ month or more for additional $200. No accountability.

UPDATE TO REVIEW:UNBELIEVABLE TONY!!! You are something else. Your passive aggressive response just shows again how rude y'all were to me even though I did nothing wrong. A customer who called ahead and drove all that way, has ever right to be upset when they went all that way for nothing. You should have accepted a check from me at that point. Take a class on how to do customer service correctly.Do NOT go to this location. Customer service is not their priority. I’m from out of town and needed my microphone replaced in my iPhone. I called ahead of time and made an appt. and also made sure they had the parts. I drove 30 minutes to this location from where I am staying and when I got there the lady at the front let me know they could only do cash. She said their system was down. I asked if it had been down all day and she replied yes. I told her I did not have cash and did not have a debit card to go get cash. I only had my credit card and check book. I asked why I was not informed of this when I called a head of time. She just looked at me with a blank stare and said “ sorry but we can only take cash”. I was definitely getting pissed since she wouldn’t answer my question and gave me a look like, so what! I said “apparently you don’t understand me, I don’t have cash or a debt card. Will you let me write a check since I drove all this way and y’all did not tell me on the phone about the cash thing”. She very rudely said “no”. When you have a customer drive all that way and y’all made a mistake of NOT telling them cash only, you need to make it right and accept a check. There was no remorse whatsoever from her and she could care less that they put someone out. I’m sorry but my time is valuable and I shouldn’t have been treated as if it’s not. They was no sympathy or apology from the lady at the front. It was crystal clear they don’t have a problem putting someone out. It would have been different if I was a walk-in but I wasn’t. Shame shame shame on them for treating a customer like they mean absolutely nothing.

Very helpful young lady at front.....had my xbox series x repaired.....picked up today....works great....service tech great too......all around good experience.
