We original order 2 Thrive unit late last year 2022. They arrive late and with no instructions or manual. It was incredibly difficult to get any communication with them during our initial setup. We figured it out without there help, only to have them email us several weeks later with some pictures of another setup. Too late. We do enjoy the Thrive systems however the drain hold we ordered is too high up on the systems and usually the 2 or 3 chambered units seem to overflow into each other. Nonetheless we decided to order 2 more Thrive units and had confidence that the 4 Marine units also ordered would be suitable along with 1 Crustacean centre. It was not only delayed to ship, but again lack of communication and non responded emails of ours. We got worried throughout the whole process that we would not receive our products for our launch. And it was late after all. The problem was that there was several parts missing from what we could tell. But without any instructions or manuals, we had a hard time piecing things together. After several weeks of reaching out to them for missing parts, we notice issues like the hose setup for the top-off on the marine systems were not made properly and we had to cut them apart and redo the plumbing. We noticed a few leaks from their pre-glued sections. ATO floats and the sponges were missing from the invert system, they didn't send us the right top for the system. After an exhausting 4 weeks of trying to email them and get some acknowledgment that there are several issues, they were blaming us for the issues. They finally sent out some of the missing parts, only to have still not sent a part that was missing. We had to pretty much beg for them to get us our parts required to finish the systems. And to this day, the filters for the crustacean centre do not fit, and they have not acknowledge to 3 emails about it.MISSING PARTS (NO INSTRUCTIONS, we are assuming this is all that is missing)- 2pcs Side Panels for the 4 row crustacean- 3pcs foam filters for the 4 row crustacean- 2pcs floats for 4 row crustacean- 1pc centre trim with butterfly screws/nuts- 1pc Sliding door style top cap for 4 row crustacean (the top we received was too tall as it did not match height of marine systems and has no shelf/sliding doors as depicted on the website)- enough silicon for all 7 units- cement for PVCOTHER ISSUES- no instructions- error in manufacturing piping we had to correct- lack of communication or regards to urgency- additional costs to fix issues and delays while trying to get some sort of instructions- we request acknowledgement of issues and reimbursement for unplanned parts and labour-Poor Managment-Poor/lack of communication-Disregard for customers concerns-Mediocre Systems

Had I known the service from this company would be this horrible. I would not have done business with them. I Purchased a Thrive system from DAS over a year ago. And I am still trying to get a hold of them. DO NOT DO Business with this company. You will regret it

Do not buy these aquariums, once you have gotten them and they are running, the company is impossible to get a hold of. I have been trying to order replacement parts for 5 months now and have left over a dozen messages on both the company phone and the cell phone of their sales manager, and can't even get a call back. It's like the company is run by two people, one who sells and one who builds. They were fine to deal with when we bought the systems a couple years ago, but now, no ongoing support.

Ordered a tank earlier in the year and was given a completion date of 03/08/18. It is one week later and not only do I not have the tank, I also can't get them to answer the phone or call me back. Don't trust them to keep a schedule or communicate.Update:They still haven't even started the tank 3 months later so we canceled the order and went elsewhere. The last message we got was that they don't have machines running and didn't know when anything would get done.

Tank Eurobrace cracked in 2nd week. Trying to get in touch with them. Depending on the customer service, i will change the review of this. Right now its a disaster. 300 gallon, front eurobrace cracked and the tank is bowing out 1/2 inches. I am scared 300 gallon of saltwater will flood my living space! what a bad design.
