We currently have a storage.building with them but our code to the gate has stopped working so we are unable access our things. I have called everyday for two weeks and no one has answered the phone leaving a message is not an option and you can't get into the office with out a gate code. What kind of business doesn't answer the phone or return calls ? I would give negative stars if possible .

Long overdue review of the space they rent out here at Easy Self Storage. I've been renting space from them for a few years now and I've seen the steps they take to make sure constant maintenance upkeep and upgrades are done to all across the site. Been very pleased with how they keep it easy for me to contact them for any number of answers needed. I find if all around a great place to rent from.
