It saddens me to have to leave such an upsetting review. I have been a patron of fastenal for well over 10 years. When I visited the new location today I was left in the cold as a customer. They close at 3pm. And they no longer take private customers, business accounts only. Everyone else has to go to the website for your purchases. As a customer this is horribly distressing. I like walking in and bringing in the nut or bolt I have for refrence to ensure the correct purchase is made. Cant do that anymore. Severely disappointed to say the least. I will never shop at fastenal again, At any location.
