The wait is super long. Even if you are next in line they take there time and walk around or are talking to each other with no care in the world. Stop hiring rude people and start hiring people that are friendly and ready to work!
This bank has new workers all the time. The few nice tellers that should have stayed are all gone.

Always , Always Always rude, condescending, disrespectful, there is not a time that they haven't made my nearly 80 year old mother cry. That is saying alot since tears do not come easily for her. She lost her husband of 56 years and at a time when she needed some grace all they gave her was flack! Treated he's as if she was lying about his death. Very insensitive to her grief and loss.

Local branch employees are exceptional and knowledgeable. Great customer service.Main bank in Killeen is IMPOSSIBLE to contact or get ANY human on the telephone. Minimum wait time on phone 15 min. if your lucky.

AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!! They will harass, pressure and trick you into opening accounts with them. the staff is also very rude and unprofessional.

Nothing but sass and attitude towards the ladies, but Wendy. I keep getting harassed about direct deposit, but that’s out of my control for I only receive paper checks! I come in this recent Friday in waxahachie. My bank teller was so rude! You could tell she did not want to cash my check! Kept getting on to me about direct deposit. I told her from the beginning I wanted my check cashed and a certain amount deposited as well as making it available that very same day. Very nice to my face but faked it til she made it by acting like she cared and took her sweet time! Lemme tell you she took about 30 minutes to care about my stuff. (Note: I used to work at a bank and it didn’t take that long!)She also asked me why I can’t direct deposit could cared less about what I had to say. The attitude was there! Trust me babe if I could get direct deposit I would cause I don’t wanna see your ghetto face either. So ready to switch to another bank! Go to Wendy and no one else.she’s not new either none of three are so no excuses! Trashy bank! I’ll be sure to get that failures name!
