I have long hair, and the stylist did not understand English. After 5 minutes of back-and-forth, we settled on taking a half-inch. She turned me away from the mirror and proceeded to cut off over 3 inches of hair. When challenged, she argued with me that it was long. I clearly asked for a trim and used to be able to pull my hair into a man bun, but now I cannot even get close. Avoid at all costs.
I cant get management to contact me.
Requested style: Avoid Glen. She may be lying about names now. She speaks poor English. You will not get what you ask for.

Great Place to go. Girls are friendly. They know what they are doing. I love when they have a sale going on. It's hard to find the sales as they are not allowed to advertise due to the city restrictions but Facebook always has something......

Went in the get a haircut and decided to leave, no one was on the wait list at the time I put my name up, apparently they decide to put people who sign up online or on the app ahead of people who are already waiting in store... horrible way to treat customers.

I was very pleased. Service was prompt and very personable. Stylist listened closely and cut my hair just as I requested. She then made careful notes so she could cut it the same in the future. After trying other options, I have found a place I can go to with confidence. Plus, their price is the best I've found!

So I needed a haircut and stopped by one morning thinking this would be a quick and easy spot to get it done. Went inside and there was no body there. I waited at the pay desk for awhile and still nobody appeared. I tried jingling my keys a little and then nudged the heavy door shut again hoping the noise would attract someone. It did not so I left and got my haircut done somewhere else.

The service was good, price was good, short wait time, but unfortunately the skills to cut hair were not there. I came home, washed my hair and i saw bumps of longer hair on one side, uneven tapering and i had to cut my own hair to fix all that.
