Today was the third time in a row that I showed up hours (or even a day) after I was told my prescription would be ready only to be told after waiting in line it would be at least another hour. The HEB grocery store is great; however, their pharmacy staff is incompetent. Changing to Walgreens on Monday.

Called in my prescription refill 3 days in advance. Called to check to see if it was ready to pick up. She assured me it would be ready. Waited 2 hours before I drove 25 miles to the store. Still not ready! They had me waiting another two and a half hours in the store. It wasn't until I threatened to block the drive through, that it was suddenly ready! Another time had surgery, Dr. Called in Rx, it took them 2 1/2 hours to fill 1 pain script while I cried. ( Dr called it in an hour b4 I arrived at store. That's a total of 3 1/2 hours to fill.) It Didn't matter to them that I was in pain, tears streaming down my cheeks & standing right in front of them, they were in no hurry. This store has way too much volume.I was a pharmacy tech myself for 4 years. I understand that you fill the orders in as you get them but... if a customer is in pain & in the store ya bump them to the front. That just being a good human.

Unbelievably rude. They have messed up numerous prescriptions for me and my family. The last straw is when I didn’t get a medication and they said it was my fault. I am in the process of switching pharmacies.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been too. Slow as a snail in the drive through and was told on the phone that my script was going to be ready at a time waited 2hrs after that time and it still wasn't ready after driving 25min to get it.how do you expect for sick individuals to get better if you can't get a script filled in over 24hrs.

I have always used HEB for the pharmacy because they have always been super fast, nice and always calling if a medicine was going to take longer than normal. I switched over a year ago from our old pharmacy and have been super happy ever since. However, I have noticed the last few times the customer service has gone down. Which is also the reason for my review and rating. This evening when I went through the drive thru after waiting and getting to the front and giving the information to the clerk Emily, she came back on and said I'd have to come inside because it wouldn't fit. When I told her that I have always gotten it this way she got short and said " it'll take a couple of trips hold on." She then ended the call /video before I could even explain that the shots could be sent all at once that all 3 boxes would fit as they have done this every single time I have gotten it through the drive thru. She proceeded to send everything separately making the process take longer and making the cars behind me wait even longer. She never came back on to let me know my card was in the container or that everything had been sent. My other issue is Friday my daughters medicine was faxed over in the morning. They never checked the fax inbox all day until I called and inquired about the medication. She told me it would be ready today I'm the morning. When I called at 2pm I was told it was still in process and another hour. I really hope this doesn't continue to be the way things go as I'll have to look for another pharmacy if it does.

Superior service. They have long lines but, they go fast. They have 3 cashiers. The are friendly and polite. They usually have what you need in stock which is a big plus for me. If they don't have it in stock it only takes a couple of days to get it. They have a pharmacist on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Krissondrya helped us today, and she did a great job. She listened to and answered all of our questions and transferred my prescription. The order was filled and ready for pickup as promised. She's very polite and customer service oriented. ?

Wow. How heartless can someone be? I take a RX that is narcotic and I was unaware that the pharmacy closed at 5. I got there 5;05 and then tried to go through the line and was refused. When I tried to explain to her being out was dangerous she just hung the phone up in my face. Never have I ever had someone do this. Has I seen her name badge I would call her out on here. That is ridiculous. I live 30 mins out of town and had to drive in the 100° temp to get there. Couldn't spare 2-3 mins to grab it pay it out and be done I will not be using this pharmacy anymore. Sometimes paying a little more means better people working there.
