So heard some friends telling me to check these guys out for cigars. I stopped in a walked this humidor multiple times and all I can say is what a waste. Simply put a humidifier going non stop is not enough it was too warm and way to humid in there. Lots of cigars have been there awhile in there wrappers where they are drying out or are just gone. Cigars everywhere no organization nor pride in what they have. Lots of splitting wrappers and tobacco crumbling out of the cigar. All this and prices the same or higher than others. I am not saying don't go but just weary and really look your sticks over for splitting and cracking.

Listen....I have smoked 100s of different cigar brands from shops all over the country. This has to be one of the worst taken care of humidors ever. Big selection...of course. But I challenge you to find a properly taken care of cigar out of the ones in stock. Every now and then I stop to grab one just to see if things are better but they never are. I have probably wasted 200-300 dollars on dried out flavorless cigars since I moved here at this place. Today is the last time I ever step foot in there.

Simply put, it has everything except decent pipe tobacco selection. I wish there was a place closer than Dallas that had a good selection.

Amazing customer service and the nicest staff you’ll ever come across. However, if you’re looking to buy cigars I’d pick another spot. The humidor is very poorly managed and the cigars are extremely dry. I tested a few that I had bought and they were in the 20% range. They did refund my money. Amazing place just not for cigars.

I'd give this place a 0 if I could. What's the point of having store hours if you don't follow them.... What a waste of time to drive all the way out here... what a joke

Good selection but the store is randomly closed. Two weeks in a row I show up during business hours and they are closed! This wasn’t lunch time either, both times were around 10:30am. Because they have wasted my time (20 minute drive each time), they are losing my business to the internet because of inability to stay open in accordance with their posted hours of operation.
