Went to do my taxes, like every year. The person I spoke with today asked me for a form, I said I didn't have it. She said they would have sent it to me. I said I didn't have it. She said it would have been sent in the mail. I said... again... that I didn't have it. She asked for the form yet again, and I fired up a bit and repeated myself. Then she asked me to calm down. One of the most irrationally aggressive and oddly confrontational people I have ever met. She might have politely stated that we can't do your taxes without this form. But instead, I was met with incredulity and snarkiness. Super strange experience. Done with HR Block. Thankfully, I hadn't paid yet. Turbo tax for me this year.

The tax advisor I have with H&R block James C Smith is great. He is a Master Tax Advisor. Did my complicated tax documents with ease. It is nice to have someone that good.

I have been coming here for years now and I have not had a bad experience. The tax professionals are very knowledgeable and find ways to get you the most money as possible. I would definitely recommend giving H&R Block a try.
