VERY RUDE. I called to let them know that we emptied one of our units (we had 2) and the male that answered the phone was VERY rude and disrespectful. He acted as if I committed a crime by closing my rental. I asked for the rental cost to be put back on the card on file, and he treated me as if I was doing it at gunpoint. I would NOT recommend using them. We will definitely be closing out the other unit ASAP.

Very professional staff that pay attention to details. The best pricing on their climate and non climate controlled units. Security is good, rodent and pest control is top notch and access is very convenient.

Cheapest price around South Dallas. I checked at least 10 different storage locations, they had the cheapest 10x20 and its locally owned. Staff works well with customers on payment. Very user friendly
