Currently right now the receptionist at the front office was so rude. Once you put in your application the first time to enroll your children keep it there. I needed to enroll my child due to personal accommodations. So I did but then when they said I had to wait 48hrs for paperwork to process. But wanted to demand my money. It was like I was paying for nothing at all. So I ended up finding someone who did. But then I wanted to try to give the place a chance to see how things would work out. Smh I highly regret that lady refused to take my application the second time and was highly rude about it. The thing about it was why did she refuse my application if I’m the first place the paperwork wasn’t processed and I still had a 48hr wait time. My child was never enrolled to begin with. So disappointed with this place. They never gave my child the chance nor opportunity to actually experience anything. Just said no right to my daughter face. When paperwork was never on file.

If you want the real reviews look on YELP. They allowed an 8 year old and 11 year old bully my 6 year old daughter for weeks and nothing was done about it! I was told over and over that they were aware of the situation and it was being taken care of. Mind you they never once reached out to the kids parents letting them know that their children were being bullies. This has slipped through 4 ADULTS hands. HOW? I received a call from Cece that my daughter was going to be suspended because of some he say she say. My daughter was suspended all because one of the girls that has been bullying her went home crying but yet when my baby was coming home crying for weeks nobody flinched. And now that I have confronted Ashley about it, which is the one that oversees all the locations, she tried to flip it on me and say that it’s my fault that this happened since I didn’t report it to the director. Mind you if two of her teachers were aware why didn't they report it to the director?! Anytime you call Ashley or these teachers out on anything they will do everything they can to not take the blame. Ashley also set up a meeting with one of the parents whose child was bullying mine and didn’t even ask to speak with me at all. I had to go up there myself unexpectedly and confront them about the entire situation. In the middle of the “pop up” meeting Ashley made sure to let me know that the other student dad was well known in the city and i was better off not saying anything. Definitely a threat! She also lied and said that state was already called regarding my daughter being bullied but didn’t realize she contradicted herself. She wasn’t aware of the situation until late in the evening on 2/5. So you mean to tell me by the next morning you had already called state about it but yet said in the meeting you wasn’t aware of the situation lol. So how can you call state about something you claimed to know nothing about? Exactly! It’s sickening that these ppl are over children all day but really don’t care about their well being. And it’s insane that they think they can get away with making threats as well! Don’t send your kids here. It’s not worth them possibly self harming themselves all because of the adults that’s supposed to be looking after them doesn’t actually care about the kids.

Management doesn’t care at all. No training is given when you are hired. I was just let go over the stupid thing yesterday after my shift, over the phone. No warning, no discussion about the situation, nothing. But in the short time I was there I’ve witnessed a few teachers thump kids in the face during nap time because they weren’t listening or being loud, and another forcefully shoving the kids face down on their cots during naptime cause they’re not listening or not going to sleep. They had suspended a worker (who doesn’t speak English) for pulling out a weapon on the directors mother, who also works there, but was able to come back. I’ve been forgotten about when they know when I get off. I stayed an extra 20 minutes because the owner was closing and she didn’t know the schedules, but when I asked all that was said was give me a minute. Well that then turned into 20 minutes, because the assistant manager or whatever she is left so she could go to a rangers game. They are lacking in communication. They are doing remodels and construction on the building during business hours so the workers are constantly in and out of the building.
All in all that facility is very unprofessional and they don’t care about their employees, or at least not the newer ones. You don’t get assistance from them whatsoever. And if you do you’re in the wrong. I wouldn’t work here or enroll my children here.

I was a tie-dye vendor at the Easter Palooza this year and last year. Both times were my best vending experiences ever! I did fantastic in sales, and everyone there was amazing. It was such a positive vibe in general. Not one child cried or whined, or behaved badly. If I still live in TX next year I will absolutely do it again. ?

My daughter is 3 and has extreme separation anxiety. We have been going to INLC since April. All the teachers have been amazingly patient and kind in helping her adjust. My daughter absolutely loves school now! She has learned so much in the short time she has been here and they are always doing fun activities with the kids. WE LOVE IT HERE!

My biggest complaint seems to be the same complaint that most people have. This daycare does not have good sanitation standards. The kids are constantly sick with viral stomach bugs and the flu among some things. I understand that kids get sick but at this daycare the sickness is constant. Please read all the reviews before choosing this daycare.

Imagine Learning Daycare is in need of a major transformation! My granddaughter has been bit six times in less than 45 days and I was never notified until arrival. Two of the biting incidents broke the skin causing trips to the doctor each time. When I asked the Director for more detailed information regarding the biting she stated she couldn't give me anymore information or let me know if it's the same child that's biting her. I'm livid! My granddaughter is not being protected at this daycare and it's obvious the children are not properly being monitored. The Director stated "this is what kids do at this age." I know kids will be kids, but from four months to 15 months my granddaughter was never bitten at the previous daycare. Also, the sickness continues to run rapid in the two year old class. My granddaughter continues to stay sick with either a cold, viral infection, hands feet and mouth disease, and impetigo. My granddaughter was out for almost two weeks with impetigo. She was diagnosed by an ER physician. Upon our return, a child had the same rash on his face similar to impetigo. When I asked why he was at school, I was told he was cleared to return. So, I decided to leave my granddaughter out a few more days. Yes, I was paying (I'm not on any type of assistance) and, she was out due to a pandemic that started at the school. Additionally, the kids nose is always running and the workers were just letting the children walk around with a nasty nose passing more germs to each other and objects. My grand-baby was so sick which required multiple trips to the doctor that even the pediatrician was concerned about the level of care (because at the last daycare, we didn't have all the problems we are now facing). Lastly, I'm not impressed with the learning curriculum. My granddaughter has not learned much since attending the daycare. The first two -teachers were lazy and didn't do much at all. I'm curious to know what is being taught. Plus, the daily report is a recap of the day events, but the workers didn't complete or even distributed it at pickup. I had to ask each day. The information on the daily report was not accurate, because my granddaughter does not eat certain foods and it was always written that she ate ALL her food. She was always starving when we picked her up. Also, the daily report indicated her diaper was changed with the times, but they hardly changed her diaper. I counted the number of pampers (labeled with her name) taken each week, estimating the usage. Unfortunately, she didn't run out of diapers in a week, but should have if her diaper was changed regularly. It's my opinion, that the lack of changing her pamper led to multiple diaper rashes. A couple of weeks ago, her diaper rash was so bad the teacher stated that she thought my grand-baby had impetigo in her private area. Now, how would that be possible? Are they sharing diaper products? I immediately took her to doctor and the doctor stated that the rash was due to lack of changing her diaper. Imagine Nation daycare has been challenging to say the least. Yes, my grand-daughter will change schools in the next 30-days. Unfortunately, there's only one daycare in Red Oak, which is full. We are forced to travel to Waxahachie which also have limited daycares. Imagine Nation is by far one of the most substandard daycares I've encountered. I filed a complaint with the state and hired an attorney for possible legal action.

02/23/2023 This is my biggest mistake just because I didn't not read the reviews before I decided to send my 10 months old baby there . Deep down I'm always trusting people first . Taking care of babies need a very amazing heart to do that ! But sometimes we just can't see it until it's happened . My daughter got really bad situation after the second days there . She got high fever for 3 days , and she showed super starving when she got home and tired , she lost weight badly... that's not ok for a little infant with heart situation, I had noticed the center. I check the report and saw that she only have a little bit of cracker and little banana for snack (she didn't want lunch )... which I know she don't like eat them and with 2 teeth it's hard to process the food , and her bottles that day is still lot of milk left over ... so she barely got food in her stomach that day Maybe just our bad luck there . I'm too scared to bring her back , she can't take that chance again , so I really thinking in days when stay hơme and took care of her to be strong again .. Than I decided to call in and cancel her on Early Monday morning ... they heard the situation and immediately agreed let her withdraw. And still process the payment for that week ... so we pay $340 for 2 days and a sick baby and I'm out of work to take care of her :( .... ! That's very expensive experience child care ever !!! What is on the world of a day care like that. At least you showed babies Love and true care please , because they can't self take care yet , and money is not a big deal . Hope anyone before making decisions send your kids there read this through first and have a great luck !

I love how the staff is so welcoming and good at making my son feel safe during drop offs. Their curriculum is amazing and my son has amazing teachers I’m glad I can trust.
