“This was the best experience I have ever had while purchasing jewelry. My wife fell in love with a ring, and started asking about it. It turned out that the consult she was speaking with was the one who designed that very ring! Her name was Skyler, and she was very helpful to me as I sneakily purchased that ring for my wife. The entire staff was very professional when it came to confidentiality so that I could communicate with them regularly for two weeks without them revealing to my wife that I was up to something. My wife got the ring, and she LOVED it!!! She was also very surprised which I attribute largely to the staffs ability to honor my requests of confidentiality.
Also, there was a free resizing with the purchase of the ring, and that was a big deal to me!

“Amazing experience. Met with philip who runs maxwell jewellers. Took in a bracelet for him to resize. Dude was so awesome, bracelet fit like a charm. Chit chatted with him for about 15-30 minutes.
