It turned out that the consult she was speaking with was the one who designed that very ring! Her name was Skyler, and she was very helpful to me as I sneakily purchased that ring for my wife. The entire staff was very professional when it came to confidentiality so that I could communicate with them regularly for two weeks without them revealing to my wife that I was up to something. My wife got the ring, and she LOVED it!!! She was also very surprised which I attribute largely to the staffs ability to honor my requests of confidentiality.
Also, there was a free resizing with the purchase of the ring, and that was a big deal to me!
