Over priced. The mechanical staff did not appear to know how to do the simple chore of changing oil and replacing an air filter. No one did any quality checks or inspection of the staff's work. Would never recommend this place

This time I did not have car vacuumed and windows cleaned like in the past. Did not have my sticker for next service added to windshield.

We took our Mercedes Benz there to have an oil change. They failed to place a new o-ring on the filter as required and over tightened the filter causing the old o-ring to fail. Oil sprayed all over the engine causing over $1000 dollars in damages. We did get paid back for the money we spent to repair the damages, but the car will never drive the same again. The vehicle is ruined.

My God mom was there on yesterday .just for a oil change they put in new filters and she told them she only wanted a oil change Nothing else ,They told her her son called and told them to do all new filters and all .But this the kicker she doesn’t have have son .so when you ladies go to jiffy lube in WAXAHACHIE PLEASE BE CAREFUL they will get over on you
