Purchased 30 bags of dirt and politely asked three times over 25 minutes for someone to help load it and no one ever showed up. Went inside to get help unlocking my wheelbarrow I bought. This time I asked for a manager and it took another 10 to 15 minutes for anyone to come up And unlock the wheelbarrow.

Ordered a very expensive grill online I got fed x and Loews shipping tracker mixed up it showed delivered to store 2 hrs before I went up to the store and it wasn’t ready for me to pick up (scanned into their system) and I was told with a attitude by the short haired older female I shouldn’t go off of fed x shipping and told me nothing she could do wow you just lost a sale thanks for saving me money I will never be back

I purchased a riding mower on 5/29/24, with a Lowe’s warranty. I used it for one hour and noticed that it needed repair. I did not damage or break it. I was informed that it could not be returned for refund or exchange because I used it. I sent it in for repair after owning it for 2 days. After 3 weeks, I called to check on it and was informed that it had been delivered to the store as opposed to my home address. It had been there for 2 days and would be delivered to me in three days. No one called to inform me. On delivery day, the driver arrives at my home to pick up the mower that should be delivered. When I call the Waxahachie store, I am informed that it will be 2 more days before they can schedule delivery. As of 6/29/24, it has been a month since I made the initial purchase, and the mower was in my possession for a couple of days. I still don’t have the mower. Yet, I am not allowed to return or refund it. I will never make a major purchase at any Lowe’s ever again. I am considering not shopping with Lowe’s at all.

I’ll preface this review with I acknowledge we should have read the latest instructions online to register for the kids workshop. Regardless, the customer experience was awful this morning.
Keep in mind we have been bringing our three kids to these workshops going back over 10 years. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent at this store.
We went in this morning with our 6 and 10 yr old to make the wooden UTV we saw online. Technically 1 hour before the event was over so while I missed it, registration was still available online because I looked it up in my phone and showed our kids to see if they wanted to go, again not seeing the registration link. We showed up with 20 minutes left before it ended. The woman working this kids event who has given us attitude at the customer service counter in the past came right up, whipped out her company device annoyed and said what’s your name. I said I didn’t know we had to register, she looked up like I was an idiot, with my wife and children eager to build the craft with their dad on fathers day weekend and glanced at a box to her right, then told me she doubts they’ll have enough for us. I’m like there’s 20 minutes till its over? She said check back Monday, I MIGHT have some. I said can I just buy a couple then so they can do it, she said no, then walked off all annoyed back to supervise the families. So our plan? Come do the workshop with our two littles who were excited about it and then drop $400 on baseboards, brads, fertilizer, pottery, and more.
What we did, left with the kids wondering how Lowe’s could fathom this woman being the right person for this task, went to HD, we’re happily greeted by probably 10 employees along the way, ate smoked meatballs they had going out front, and dropped all our $ with them.
I’ll add, this same woman, the one with the vest with 500 patches hanging off the front has “helped” us at the return counter in the past. Annoyed to be handling the return, when I explained the item was defective and to make sure it didn’t go back on the shelf, since I repackaged it well, she stared at me, plucked away on the computer with no response and just handed me a receipt. I said thanks! No response. Looking like she dreaded her job.
I’m a pretty patient person but when I watch you have no problem at all turning away a couple kids with their dad for fathers day weekend, knowing dang well you could’ve done just a little bit more and made their day, I’m done being a customer for awhile. Just be kind at a minimum, have some empathy. Educate me that there is a new registration process but can let it slide this time because you had 10 more kits sitting in the box. What it cost you, I guess not a ton in the grand scheme of things for Lowe’s but on average probably $2k in home improvement purchases from us annually, this 1 star review, and bad word of mouth. Probably going to equate to more than $2k if I had to imagine.
You need to do something about this employee. I can’t be the only customer you have lost because of an awful attitude. Everyone has bad days, but between these two interactions, months apart, it’s clear it’s more than that.
Oh, and this is the first negative review I’ve ever written on here so you understand I’m not someone who runs around unhappy and griping at the world. I normally just keep my mouth shut and go on about my day but this one got under my skin.

Went in looking for some ply board. Drive 2 hrs. And no one would even come and cut it. Called customer service and they made an announcement, 5 min later - still no one. Bad enough prices are higher than home depot for same board. Even worse that I walked out and saw 6 workers coming outside. Very disappointed and won't be back! Waste of a 2 hr drive.

Terrible ordering experience, was charged multiple times through out the order waiting period. The money would be removed from my account, then put back in two days later, and it did that 3-4 times. Their app claims it has things that aren’t really there. It even tells you what aisle and bar it’s on, but it’s not there at all. Highly disappointed with their customer service and overall experience.

It's been awhile since I've been in this Lowe's. There are too many employees that just stand in their place and point when you ask them where something is, rather than offering to help you find the item. It looks like all the retirees got a part-time job here. And I can say that, because I, too, am a retiree. They need a little more spunk!
