I highly recommend this towing service. I called the lady on the phone was very helpful and professional, and when the driver showed up he was very polite and friendly.

JUNE 13th 2024 So they impounded my car for no insurance I called and got different answers everytime as to of what information I had to have to get my car back and then when I did go get my car back they left my lights on so my car battery was dead and I was there alone no employees having to let my battery charge up because my lights wouldn’t turn on BECAUSE THEY KILLED MY BATTERY BY LEAVING MY LIGHTS ON then 2 police officers during this time came and questioned me because I was “suspicious” asked me personal questions about me and my boyfriend asked me personal questions about my car asked me where I lived asked me all kinds of unnecessary things his reason for being there was because “he had a call of a suspicious person I explained to him what was happening and he continued to sit there and ask me tons of questions and Harrass me until I just finally left

Called for a wrecker, never showed up when expected. Called to find out where the wrecker was and ETA for arrival. From my understanding it was not dispatched. Had to call a different company.

They towed a truck for us after a wreck. Refused to let me take the tags off the truck. We signed over the title, because truck was totaled. Now we're getting toll tag bills. When I called, the guy said we sell them at auction, no idea what happened after that. And he claims no one should have told me I couldn't have tags. But.. They did and wouldn't let me take them. This is such a mess!!!

Watch out for these guys ! My truck got in an accident, got towed by them to their yard and now my receiver hitch is gone . I took pictures of the accident and my truck before they loaded it. It was on there and now nobody knows where it went. They don’t return phone calls either. I’m going to make sure DPS knows about this also.

Got caught in the rain, ended up in a ditch with my truck. Police called a towing company. Despite the truck being drivable, got hit with a $607 bill: towing fee ,winching fee (but they drove the truck in position to tow perfect), road hazard, clean-up, impound fee, and more. It felt like a blatant rip-off, with no transparency. Be vigilant and ask about prices before hiring any towing service, especially in emergencies. Authorities need to regulate to prevent this exploitation. Don't let it happen you!

The tow truck driver, Richard Koop, had his wife in the truck with him and she doesn’t even work for the company. My sister asked if she could cancel the tow, and Richard’s wife told her she couldn’t because the cops called it in. They ended up charging her $600. Don’t use them! They will rip you off big time.

This company Attempted to tow my car and offered me a drop fee. I paid the drop fee and then the guy broke my *fender. I asked for the insurance and they said no and still didn't give me back my money and on top of that told me they would fix it themselves and would not allow me to get my autoshop to fix it.

This towing company is in with wpd always lying in wait to get ur vehicle when u get pulled over no m'atter forwhat the officers rogue officers stop and have the m.towing wait to have them violate all ur civil and constitutional rights theñ setting u up on false charges and wrongfully accusing u and falfsefully arresting and imprisoning u to make money for the tow truckcompany AND THE law breakers that call themselves the criminal justice system ? lol to keep money and the city officials only the corrupt ones and we know exactly who u r and so does God just to keep ur pockets full and profile harassed and make money while violating people's civil an constitutional rights..all u corrupt individuals who have the audacity to hide behind a badge and take an oath to protect and serve ..and you who prosecute the innocent are legally fixing to be exposed because like myself if not left alone because u dont INTIMIDATE me or many at all we see right through u ..u are the ones who are legally being investigated for ur illegal abuse of authority ...and may God have mercy on your souls because legally u r going to be charged and convicted of ur crimes ..legally people are already exposing u ..can't wait to see ur mugshots shame on all these corrupt so called justifiers u need to go look in the 'mirror..let he who is without sin cast the first stone!!! Had my Denali towed from a friend's apartment to their impound lot. Wasn't a big deal. Then I get here to see thar their large dog had jumped and scratched up 3 quarters of my vehicle. Paw prints and scratches all on my doors and quarter panels. Dog was in the back of my truck tearing up trash also.Asked for them to fix my paint and they wouldn't do it unless I used a random illegal they said "is their guy".I asked for a professional to do it and they declined.Edit: Since it wont let me reply back to the owner.Sir, your own employee admitted he has a dog in the back (hispanic guy).... Dont call me a liar. Either way whether it was your dog or not, it happened in your impound lot and had tracks leading up to my truck so it was obviously happened under your care. Not only that but the tow truck driver by the name of Kip Kliewer even took pictures of the tracks as well as myself leading up to my truck and Kip even stated it must have came from or around your impound and that it was probably still in the lot with us.

I called them to report someone parking in my parking spot since they are the contracting tower for the apartment complex and they said they would "Call a driver"... 3 hours later, the car is still parked in my spot and Martin towing has not came out. Wouldn't recommend them if I was stranded and needed a tow truck. They don't seem reliable
