Went to get a massage as a birthday present. My spouse bought a gift card prior to coming in for service. The massage was poor and lazy. I then go to exit as the therapist said and NO ONE was at the counter. I leave thinking my bill was cleared due to this being taking care of days before. Well no, I get a call from Alissa (front desk) asking why I left. I explained why, she instantly takes a rude tone and said she was cleaning in the back and that I was not okay to go. Needless to say my spouse was told when you buy a gift card from the website it has nothing to do with the location. That we can take that up with corporate. I asked for a manager and the manager is located in New Mexico, not on site. To sum it up staff is rude and the therapist was lazy. Also never purchase a gift card.

The prices are utterly outrageous now. 2 to 3 weeks ago it was $80 for 50 minutes and $120 for the 80 minute one. Now it's $130 for 50 minutes and $190 for 80 minutes!!!! This is so ridiculous. I won't be coming back anymore because y'all are charging these outrageous prices and still want a 20% tip. This has taken the "kinda expensive but still worth it" to avoid at all costs. There's a massage place in DeSoto that's $90 for 90 minutes. Go there instead.

The customer service from the front desk was good but from my provider, it was awful. She never introduced herself, just asked if I was ready when she came to get me, left so I could undress and didn't knock before entering again, the massage was decent, and when she left I didn't see her again to ask if I needed to use the restroom or wanted water. On top of that the facility was a turnoff, you could hear people talking loudly at the establishment next door and there appeared to be heavy dust on the floor in the room as if there was recent construction work. It was just not a good experience overall, the worst I've experienced at any ME location.

I’m so disappointed with the Waxahachie Massage Envy location I can’t begin to explain the horrible experience I’ve encountered.I’ve been member for a little over a year and unfortunately several of my appointments were cancelled by them because the therapists weren’t coming into work. Therefore, I built up credits because they were able to rebook my appointments at times that for my schedule.This routine had gotten pretty old and last month I decided to terminated my membership. I was told I couldn’t terminate my membership over the phone I had to come in person….I arrived at the location on June 30at 6pm before closing time and all of the doors were locked. No sign or notice as to why the facility wasn’t open as they normally are.I return on July 8th to cancel my membership. I was informed I had 8 credits to use within 60 days. I confirmed I would not be charged another month the same day.From there I used 4 credits….then on July 31st my account was charged $115. I attempted to call the location several times to find out why and demand a refund for no charges should have came out of my account. Today is August 8th and I’ve attempted to call the location (asked to speak with a manager) each time I was told the manager wasn’t onsite and they had to take my number for Melissa or Gracie to call me back.I’ve called multiple times l, sent an email to the store and reached out to who I thought was corporate. This has been the most frustrating and stressful experience I’ve ever had as a customer.I don’t recommend this location to anyone until Waxahachie can get their stuff together. I want my money back that was deducted from my account and I’m forever done with Massage Envy! Horrible service, no escalation process and taking members money is not what I call Good Customer Service!

I booked with a "new to Waxahachie location" but experienced therapist they were trying to fill in slots for. I don't plan to see him again. He was not friendly, didn't introduce himself with his name (which my email said Toni), I usually order the rapid tension with my massages-he told me "he doesn't like doing that." After massage he left me to dress. I came out to still give him a tip, he was no where in sight. I walked myself to front desk and even the receptionist had to look for him because I wanted to hand tip to him. When he came up front he said "Oh I had to go and wash my hands ya know." It took me at least 5-6 minutes to get dressed, then 1 minute looking for him....how long does one take to wash hands and disappear from client?I've been with Massage Envy for years, most therapists meet you at the door with water and even walk you out. I don't think I'm being extra expecting the same service from him. But he definitely won't have to worry about seeing me as a client again. And I usually get a text or email survey to give feedback about my session, I was waiting for it but never received it. So here ye!

First, I want to say I am giving the business 3 stars. Not the people in it. My person who does my facials is amazing!! My massages are always great. What I dont like is that the owners or managers dont take care of the store. How are people supposed to do their job when they don't have the tools to do it. I would love to buy products after a facial...cant do that. There are no products to be had. I asked why they did not use a certain smelling mask anymore and was told they were out. REALLY wish she had it. It is amazing. I dont understand how you dont have what can make you more money??

Had scheduling issues with this location several times. Hard to find openings. Not enough Staff.I have not had service for 2 years and they canceled my appointment 1hr. Before my time. I am faced with traveling to another city to get service or waiting for months to schedule at my closest location. I will be canceling as soon as I get all my hours used....

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOCATION. THE OTHER LOCATION I STARTED WITH DIDNT GET ME RIGHT AND AFTER GOING TO THIS LOCATION I WONT BE GOING BACK LIKE I WAS. THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK WERE AWESOME, SWEET AND WELCOMING. IT WAS MY FIRST VISIT 7.10.23 AND I HAD SOME CRAZY KNOTS TO BE WORKED OUT. TORY I WAS HESITANT ABOUT A MAN MASSAGING ME BUT I CAN OFFICIALLY SAY YOU CHANGED MY MIND. THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF THOSE CRAZY KNOTS AND ILL BE BACK. LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK- THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU!!

My appointment was for today 5/27 at 11 got all confirmed and everything then get a phone call 2 hours before to say the person who was doing the massage wasnt coming and the next appointments isnt for a month away no other accommodations made just an apology ! This was a mother’s day gift that i had to reschedule. Very unprofessional as a brand and was supposed to be my first visit!

OMG!! This is the worst Massage Envy location I've ever been to. They NEVER answer the phone no matter what day of the week or time of day. If you leave a voicemail they NEVER return your call. The only way to talk to them is if you physically drive to the location. I've had so many scheduling and credit issues here. I can't wait until my contract is up so I can cancel. Worst money ever spent!!!!Update: I went up there at 4:37pm on Thursday, May18th, 2023 and the doors are locked. Business hrs posted say they are supposed to be open and there's no sign anywhere as to why they're closed in the middle of a work day.

They are always booked months out. They can’t keep employees because the management is awful. The operating hours are constantly being reduced and the operating hours don’t even match what their web site or Google says. They took advantage of my husband. He went in with a gift certificate for a free massage. The whole massage was covered. The lady proceeded to tell him it was only worth $51 dollars. So he had to pay the additional $65 dollars. But that is NOT what it was. They are worthless. I read all the reviews and about half of the good ones are quite clearly fake. Seriously avoid this place!! Save yourself some time and energy.

The estheticians and massage therapist are amazing! They work with my schedule. They are booked out so if you are trying to book a week or 2 out then good luck. Just be consistent on rebooking so you can have a place to get your spa day ??☺️

This is the worst place in Waxahachie. Avoid avoid avoid. They will lie, cheat, and steal at this Massage Envy. They will hook you on a monthly payment and continue charging you well after you’ve canceled. More than anything though is that this place in Waxahachie always has excuses. I’ve been canceled on multiple times to include the day of and minutes prior to my massage appointment. Examples ranged from “therapist just quit” to “sorry, powers out.” I get it that things happen and they are unexpected. However, having to reschedule my appointment is “months” out due to them having no therapist. So now I have months and months worth of credits accumulated and I clearly want nothing to do with Envy. I’m pretty certain I’ve been bamboozled. It’s a scam and a hook. They get you to pay the monthly dues but then you can never really use them at this one location. Needless to say, this company at this particular location in Waxahachie (I’m not referring to any other Massage Envy) should be shut down for bad business. I will be reporting them to BBB immediately. Thanks for taking the time to read my review. I mean it though and I promise you.. avoid Massage Envy in Waxahachie, Texas.
