We put our salesman mattress knowledge to the test. (Christopher) We knew what we wanted but unsure what mattress would fulfill those wants. Chris took us thru several mattress choices throughout the store until we found exactly what we were looking for. He had the answers to any question we asked. He did a GREAT job & we appreciate his help so much!

I purchased a $3000 Sealy mattress here a year ago, and the springs started poking through the side. Went through their warranty process and was told it was stained. There is not one stain on the mattress as I use a mattress bag and waterproof cover. Tried to contact them back to see what they thought was a stain and was told they already made a determination and it was final. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I worked with Christopher, who was very knowledgeable about the products in this store. I placed an order for a mattress and adjustable base to be delivered after I move next month. Christopher made an otherwise challenging process much easier for me.

I needed a box spring only and wanted to take it home same day. Matt at Mattress Firm in Waxahachie didn’t have one in stock but found one for me at another store up the street and called the store to make sure it was there. He asked but put no pressure on me to buy something else like other salesmen at other stores do. I will definitely be back to do business with Matt when I’m ready to purchase a new mattress or any other bedding. I was in and out and got exactly what I wanted. And shout out to Dominique at Sleep Experts up the street who loaded my box springs in my truck. He even climbed up and set the bungee cords for me. Very nice and considerate people who make you want to do business with them again.

We had a wonderful experience with Kade! He was very knowledgeable. He listened to what my needs were and helped me find the best product tailored to my needs. He has a wonderful personality and great customer service!! He had us laughing from the time we entered until it was time to go! I will definitely be back to see Kade for all of our future mattress needs.

I walked into this Waxahachie location with frustration about the mattresses I have purchased in the past, from a different mattress store. I instantly knew I was going to buy a mattress here as soon as I was greeted by David Moses. He approached me with a huge smile and he actually listened to my specs about what I did and did not want in a mattress. He was patient and very knowledgeable. He showed me my options without pressuring me into just any mattress. I could go on and on. These days, great customer service is rare. Mr. Moses went above and beyond to help me find the perfect mattress. He made my experience a great one!

Just recently moved, needed a mattress and box spring for a guest room, however wanted something that would be comfortable but not want to stay long. Matt fixed me right up. Jerry really helped me out with my new mattress! He was funny and very personable. He had lots of information on the different types of mattresses and helped me pick out the best one for me. I had a great time picking out my new mattress! I would definitely go back!

It is. It is painful IMO to shop for a mattress. We walked in and James took over keeping in mind our wants and needs. He was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. So happy with our purchase, so far ;)

Salesman was knowledgeable kind and very helpful!! They did not have what I was looking for but he took the time to suggest other options without being pushy and it worked out a purchase was made and I left a happy customer.
