The biggest issue here is dr availability. My family cannot ever get in to see our PCP when we need them. Whenever we need to see our PCP outside of scheduled months in advance appointments, nothing available for 2 weeks or more. Their recommendation is go to urgent care. We go every 3-6 months for routine labs. And the worst part is they do not CARE one bit.

I absolutely love Dr. Broadway. However, his staff is incompetent. I have been coming here for three years and have not had to come every 6 months for prescription refills in the past. Now, they are claiming that is their policy. Literally, just needed a prescription for my allergy medication as I am a healthy young adult who had his physical in June. This would make sense for anti hypertensives or diabetes medications but a stable young person with allergies this does not make sense. Since I also work for Methodist, this is the only option in Waxahachie that accepts my insurance .

I love this clinic. My doctor switched from Cedar Hill location to here and I am so happy I got to follow her. She is a wonderful provider and this location seems less busy, the staff is so friendly, they have a lab on site which is nice and convenient and scheduling hasn't been an issue either. Overall very happy with it.

I’ve given them multiple chances with problems I’ve had in the past. I’ve reached the final straw. I’m done and won’t be coming back. Unprofessional and have no sense of urgency for anyone.

Dr Broadway is amazing. He is my primary however I’ve seen Jasper the last few times and she is equally as attentive. Office staff of friendly and wait time has always been less than 10 minutes for me.

I had an extremely pleasant visit! Claudia and Dr. Pirisino are very nice and welcoming. They addressed all of the issues I went in for.

I've been twice already and very happy with my experience . Both staff and Jasper Pena , FNP-C are amazing! I don't feel rushed when I am being attended to . Very caring and considerate! Highly recommend to schedule with the FNP! She is greatness!

I called "My Doctor" to come in with an extreme case of back pain. I could not hardly even get up much less make it to the bathroom. I asked to come in ASAP. They proceeded to tell me not only could they not see me they could not work me in nor have me come by till the following week. Keep in mind I visit regularly at least every six months, but they can't even try. So I called back the following day and tried again; same result. I then called another doctor and they worked me in that same afternoon. How does a practice I consider to be "My Doctor" just ignore their loyal patient. Now I have a new Doctor, really sad I liked Broadway and Jasper.

Dr. Perisino is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She has seen my son since he was born 6 months ago and he LOVES her. She supports breastfeeding and co-sleeping and doesn’t pressure moms to feed babies oatmeal and rice cereal. She is an incredible doctor and I absolutely adore her. Cannot recommend this office enough!!

We are new patients to the clinic. First impression is that the office atmosphere is nice. The front desk staff was a little busy when we arrived. Dr. P. And her assistance seem to be nice and knowing. we’ll see how things progress.

Doctors are fine until they bill you. They require you to have a new patient appointment. They add “treatments” that didn’t happen to the new patient appointment so they can bill you a ridiculous amount. No return phone calls as promised when disputing. I’ll never go back.I called her and explained my situation. She said would look into it and call me back. It has been two weeks... It doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s bad when the new patient appointment is enough to keep someone going to your office.
