Paper Leaves is a beautiful, restored older house book store in Waxahachie. The shop has two floors of books, plants, puzzles, curios and games. The bottom store has books while the top offers plants for sale and a comfy, super cute space to sit. A backroom has games and a little spot for reading. The ambience is whimsical, with charming southern hospitality and friendly atmosphere. Seating areas have no pressure and a wonderful place to read. Greet visitors warmly, offering brief summaries of services, clubs and shopkeeper recommendations. Snacks if you get hungry. Parking is in the front street, a small lot in the back or in the background away from road side parking. The shop is involved with the community, has a book club and promotes a common place for readers. Visitors can order books to pickup and enjoy a fulfilling reading experience. Paper Leaves is a favorite spot for a date day, a super quaint house with lots of places to sit and read a book.

It's a very different book store vibe. It has books on the bottom store and plants for sale on the top. It also has a backroom that has games. Very nice and it's in a beautifully restored older house from the 1900s.
