After 2 hip replacements and 7 vertebrae fused, I had little strength and couldn’t do many things physically. After going to Hannah for nutrition advice and Lindsey for strength training I’m much stronger. I’m doing things I never thought I would be able to again. They’ve truly changed my life.

I have been training with Jennifer for several years and love our sessions. She is positive, knowledgeable, and has been a huge encouragement to me! Hannah, one of the owners, is wonderful and she truly wants to see you succeed in your fitness goals! The nutrition plans that you receive from her are made for you individually. I have had some personal things happen that were out of my control and she has gone out of her way to see that I stay on track. They took the time to assess my fitness level, understand my goals, and create a tailored workout plan that perfectly suited my needs. Their attention to detail and ability to design varied and challenging workouts keeps me motivated and engaged throughout our sessions. They don’t try to kill you unless of course you want them too :))

I was very excited to join until I found out they had a very unprofessional and rude individual employed at their facility by the name of DEZY BERNAL who was verbally abusive towards me at my local gym and made very rude comments and remarks towards my body image. She is supposed to be a trainer/instructor that helps improve individuals with their body image not talk negatively and be verbally abusive towards others physical appearance!!! Will not be joining, very upset!!!

Amazing, knowledgeable and professional trainers. The owners, Kevin & Hannah, are incredible and they truly have a passion for people and fitness. The meal plans that you receive with nutrition are tailored to you. Which is great considering no two people are the same and everyone has different needs. Highly recommend!

Great positive environment!!! The nutrition with group training has help me tremendously. On the nutrition side they make you a meal plan for your individual needs. It becomes very addictive!

The most welcoming energetic happy not self centered workout place I have ever been. Today we started training with Dustin Crocker. He was AWESOME. I am very sore but that is why I am there...to get stronger! Let’s do this. Cant wait until it isn’t soooo hard Highly recommend!
