Smithey's Power Clean Car Wash

Car Wash
Hours: Based on the reviews, Smithey's Power Clean Car Wash is a car wash that offers clean and affordable services with easy in and out access. The change maker works, stalls are clean, and all the different levels of washing work. The vacuum works great. The 100% touchless drive thru car wash does a wonderful job of actually cleaning vehicles. The water is always a good hot temperature to aid in cleaning, and the soaps and waxes do amazing. The facilities are always clean and well maintained, and if something is down, the crew gets on the issue quickly. However, the business is described as hit and miss about 50/50. The owner does not always maintain well. The foam brush was not even foaming, more like soapy water, and the blow dryer has no power. The tire cleaner may leak under pressure and stain clothes. One customer also reported that their money was taken by a machine that was out of service. Despite these issues, many customers have been coming for years and bring back nostalgia, with one reviewer calling it the greatest car wash in Ellis County.
