What a welcome relief from AT&T! Schanelle was a life saver and so personable. I’d been wanting to switch to Spectrum and we finally did. The difference between the service at the Spectrum store in Waxahachie verses what I experienced at the AT&T store in Ennis was night and day! Thank you, Schanelle. Your professionalism and personable customer service are excellent! Bravo!!

The lady that waited on us in Waxahachie Texas was outstanding, her wonderful smile and disposition was great. She took the time to explain everything. He name is Natricia Arnold and a great asset for company.

Itzel the store manager told me that there was nothing they could do to help fix my account and that I should look into AT&T or another provider. Pretty disappointing & shocked to be sent over to a competitor but hopefully their customer service is better than hers.

Levi is outstanding! He listened to all of my needs and offered solutions as we moved our cell phones to Spectrum to bundle our services. He even followed up with me after I was home to ensure everything was Perfect ! I highly recommend paying him a visit and moving to Spectrum wireless.

Darion was awesome. He was very patient and spent time explaining everything to us. We switched from another carrier and are saving lots of money. Darion had to stay late at work to finish with our transaction. He was very nice about it. He is a great asset to Spectrum.

Natricia at the Waxahachie store made my transition to Spectrum Mobile a seamless one. Dumped Verizon, added a free line, lowered my Verizon bill for 1 phone to $60 less for 2 lines, 2 new phones! Happy happy!

Levi Lawrence - Brown was amazing at helping me. I had already been to another location and spoken with spectrum customer service over the phone and neither the other location or customer service was able to help me. I explained what the problem was to Levi and he had it fixed within 5 minutes. He did not pass it off as this is not my job. He is the only reason I am still a customer with them and I will not go to any other location than this one. I asked for a manager to tell him how great of an employee he was and unfortunately the manager was not in. Once again Levi is the only reason I am still a spectrum customer because he did not have the its not my job attitude.

Been a long, long, time since I've been so impressed with the service that (I hope I spell the name correctly.) Natricia and Darius presented me with upon waling into Spectrum in Waxahachie. To begin with, I showed up at 4:53 pm on Sunday. They close at 5. I was so expecting, to be honest with you, to be shunned away because of the time. Nothing to it! These two beautiful young people were extremely polite, courteous, attentive, and it came from their heart too. Something you don't see anymore of, unfortunately, in the times that we live in. I Pray, that as they both go through life, that they keep those hearts of gold that they both have, no matter what happens. The world needs more people like them. Spectrum doesn't know how fortunate they are to have them on board. I sure do. Thanks guys! God bless you both, and all of your endeavors..Also, I was able to walk in and out of the store with service too! When I had originally gone in just to make an inquiry. And I also can't forget too, they both kew the products and were able to explain to me everything that I needed to know! And, they made sure that I understand and knew what I needed to do for instalaton before I left the store.LOOK OUT COMPETITION! You better raise your bar, because Spectrum's setting theirs high! How you treat customers, is everything!!Thanks guys!
