my sister comes here regularly and highly recommended this place to me, but the last few times I’ve joined her in hopes of getting serviced, only 1 of 4 times I’ve come with I’ve gotten an actual service done due to lack of care of the nail technicians. They refuse to do extra like swatching so clients can see colors, don’t try to get accurate colors from inspiration pictures they request, and give me and my sister a hard time every time I come with her. I’m not sure if it is an age thing (high school) or lack of effort, but I don’t see them do this to anyone else. The “managers” or whoever the lead technicians only say “sorry” and go about new clients. I will not be back & do not recommend.

Hit or miss. They did fine on my moms nails BUT mine were so BAD I cut them off immediately. The male didn’t care about how the shape or color was and pretended he’d fix over and over.
Male here is very rude and too grown to be throwing fits like he’s invisible while speaking about his clients in front of us. I won’t be returning. Save your time and $ and find another spot where they appreciate clients.

I came to this salon to get a simple manicure, and ended up sitting for an hour straight with my feet soaking in the water, and no one coming to work on my feet. Then, when I had to leave after an hour because nobody was coming to help, I had to clean myself up with the towel, and all the “boss” or “manager” could say was “Sorry”. I understand that it may have been busy at the beginning, but it died down and I was still not being worked on.

I cannot give a good review. I would not say it’s the nails shop. because the owners are great! there is one nail tech that I scheduled with Jasmine she always have to reschedule me for another time.
What’s the use to making an appointment when you can’t go on the day time you need to go.
My schedule is just important as hers and I don’t live in Waxahachie. I have to drive all the way there. This is the third time she has done this. She’s very unprofessional

There are a lot of nail salons in Waxahachie, but in my opinion this one is the best! I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years and tried all the other salons in town. This has become my usual spot now. They do such a great job and everyone is so friendly.
