I began the search for a storage unit about a month before we needed it. It was after business hours and Heather reached out with all the information I was looking for. This level of customer service really stuck with me, so it wasnt hard to choose Steel Roots when it came down to it. I signed up with them today, sight unseen. We had some pretty rough storms come through last night and the facility is without power. Again, Heather took the time to call me immediately to let us know of the issues. I can't say enough about how appreciative I am of good customer service. Their prices are much better than most of the local facilities, too!

We recently rented from Steel Roots Storage and the online process was so easy. The unit was ready upon our arrival and the company provided detailed instructions on how to enter the property and the unit. We are very pleased with this self-storage facility.

When choosing a storage facility for your precious belongings. I would definitely recommend Steel Roots Storage. The facility is very clean and very secure. Easy access. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of there way to make sure you can access the property even when it’s 20 degrees and the gate is frozen. I needed a heater from my storage unit and they came to open the gate so I could retrieve my heater.
