6/26 - 4:15 pm - The store manager and the lead of the area that includes men's jeans up against the back wall should hang their head in embarrassment. It wasn't just a little dishelved, it was like a tornado hit that section. It was awful and not even shoppable. Someone should literally be fired over that mess. We immediately went to Walmart and found what we needed in very nicely organized shelves. Target....you are now well well below the Walmart standard. You will need to do much better to earn my business ever again.

This store is at the bottom of the barrel for Target. Why only have two registers open and close all of the self check outs. If the “NEW” policy is for self check out to be open at noon why not staff all registers. Yet you have someone who can be stationed to tell customers the self check out is closed. That individual could be put on a register. Poor management of a quality store. The shopper experience goes down each time I come. I was very close to just putting my items back and leaving. If Tabitha Browns products weren’t always in stock at this location I probably would have. Don’t try to run in and run out before 12 noon you will have to wait in a line.

This place looks like a tornado went through it whenever we go
We typically don’t have an issue getting what we need but it’s a lousy experience due to how messy and unkempt. Part of target’s thing is being a nicer place to shop but this one is not
Maybe too many customers not enough staff?

This store is a terrible! Not representative of any target I’ve ever been to before. Starting with the one employee at Starbucks, which took 15 minutes to complete one customers request. I gave up after two guests took almost 30 minutes. Merchandise is spread out everywhere and not where it’s supposed to be. Nothing is stocked well. There are employees on their phones and talking with each other rather than stocking, checking people out, and cleaning up the store overall. There were only two checkout lanes and not even any self checkout. What a mess! I’ve lived here for three years and it’s been like this every single time that I’ve tried to shop here. I will continue to go elsewhere for my shopping needs in Waxahachie or drive to another town if a Target is necessary. What a shame, because Waxahachie could use a good Target.

Target what are you even doing? This store is so gross. Merchandise is EVERYWHERE. Just throw here and there. The shelves are gross. Low stock. This is probably the worst Target I have ever gone too. It's official. I'm gonna have to start shopping at Walmart now.

Customer service is lacking and dull, and always at a snails pace. Half of my grocery order was canceled because they ran out of items or they had expired (yogurt?? Avocado?? Banana? Steamable broccoli??) Drive up staff are pretty friendly. Inside Order Pickup staff are very disorganized and very slow..zero hustle or effort. Probably my least favorite Target ever. I only go here if it’s an absolute “must” to get an item or two.

One Hispanic lady is always rude. She works at checkout in the morning. I will not shop here if I have to checkout with her. She looks and acts like she does not want to work.
