This is pathetic, yesterday was there with a cart full of groceries with my toddler and no one was at a register to ring me up(not a single cashier in sighet) . upon asking the lady at customer service for help, she tells me to go to self checkout since she couldn’t ring me up. I just left my cart there and went to HEB. over priced store, always out of stock lazy and rude employees and management is never around to complain. Waxahachie was better off with just HEB. this store is useless, no workers there when you need them. Smh feels like the customers are running the store ourself

Well looks like you need a Tom Thumb card to get the best deals. Just made a visit for the first time. Has a lot of good stuff at the specialty area. A Starbucks is good. Some items, a bit pricey. You just have to decide for yourself.

The Huge oversized manager at this store that looks like a mixture of Peter in Family Guy and a Boar, was very rude and turned the color pink when i asked for help finding a product and seem to be careless about helping a customer as none of his staff was knowledgeable about where specific items are located, instead of him going out his way to help a customer, he snapped at me when i asked the time it would take and i made it clear you will never speak to me like that..People like that shouldn’t have jobs working in customer service..

The internet does not work very good so as you shop you cannot add items to your cart. The store knows about the issue since they opened and they refuse to correct the issue.

This place has to be scamming people out of their money. The prices at this location are triple the price at Walmart. I don’t understand their pricing and how they price things. A 12 pack of soda should NOT be $12. It’s kind of insane at this point. I ended up just walking out.
