Love the customer service I had to get my toilet cleaned because we overdid it all morning. Does Home Depot have everything we need it. Plus the nice man helped walk me through the process of unclogging the toilet. Very helpful. Highly recommend them.

Immediately no, just left from attempting to pay my bill of $290 and rejected by the lady with the colorful hair because my balance is $289.95. What? Stupid policy enforced by even more idiotic crew members including Dustin the "manager" returning from break. I'm supremely irritated so much so this location will no longer get my business. Jack azzez. Negative stars.

Rental center employees have an attitude and want talk to you like your ignorant.Basically was told he was going to charge me an extra $200 fee no matter how clean I bought it back.The local pro star has much better prices anyway, and I’ve never felt like I was bothering them when I came to rent something. If you don’t want to work then just go home.

Avid this location. I have a veterans discount and out of 3 people they couldn't help or figure out. Sent me back to customer service where I had just came from. They weren't interested in doing any job there. Worst attitudes I have encountered in a while. This store isn't interested in helping veterans or anyone else for that matter.

You can't count on them having your pickup order ready for you. The guy before me whose order was supposedly ready had the same issue. I've been waiting 55 minutes. And still waiting with no update from anyone even after asking for one.

Went to pu Xmas lights Saturday about 3:30. Had to do self check out because there were no (NONE) checkers. The girl that was assisting self check out said most were taking lunch. Management problem or what? Sucks

Need more self check out! Ridiculous that there are only four stations at self check out. I have lost count of the time that it's been flooded with people needing to check out. I hate how chaotic it is.

DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT!! They took an order for $30,000+ last August, collected the money up front, and began the install in November. They brought the wrong cabinets, countertops, took out backsplash, left holes in our walls and on top of counters. We were told the countertop we ordered was on back order till the end of January. We called and called till someone finally said they would be here in March, but would install the correct cabinets, trim, and doors before then. No word since. Called today - they don't show they even have an order for us any longer. WHATEVER YOU DO - don't trust them to get back to you. Chase them every day or you will never get it completed.

I went into this location today with my boyfriend to buy some paint, nails, tape, etc., for his company & the employees were SO. INCREDIBLY. RUDE! I guess they haven't been fired or received any repercussions due to the labor shortages, but I was sincerely appalled at how they treated us. Firstly, there was a caucasian, blonde, & elder woman who works in the paint department that was just unnecessary rude & hostile for no reason at all. I guess she was just frustrated with us for trying to explore our best options given our price point, but she was absolutely the worst! Next, there is a woman named Suzi who works in the Pro Services department that my boyfriend spoke to on the phone before coming to purchase the nails & she approached us & announced loudly in front of the entire store & surrounding employees "I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MAN BEFORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!" So he proceeded to explain to her that they had spoken on the phone, not in person. She then laughed it off & proceeded to talk to us like we were all just the best of friends. I am usually so incredibly patient with people who work in the customer service industry because I too work in the field, but these two specific employees know nothing about customer service & should receive repercussions for their actions.

This was my favorite home improvement store. I went this evening and not one single register was open, except for self checkout. I do not work there. I am not checking myself out unless you start paying me to do so. This makes me sad. I will be shopping across the street at Lowe’s where they take care of their guests with cashiers. Sorry. Please rethink this non-customer centered plan.

I rented a chipper. This was broken and we had to return it. total waste of my day and I would not recommend renting from this Home Depot in Waxahachie Texas.However on a sidenote the staff was very polite and nice and we did get a full refund so I’m giving an extra star for that.
