This was my second visit to Ulta; however, this experience was quite different from my first. Unlike my previous visit, I went in dressed casually in a T-shirt and athletic shorts. During my time in the store, one particular associate made me feel very uncomfortable. She was a heavyset woman wearing a pink shirt, and I noticed that she followed me around the store. Shortly after, she involved a security guard as well. This gave me the impression that she assumed I had stolen or was planning to steal something, which was upsetting and disheartening. Unfortunately, I did not get the associate’s name. Regardless, no customer should ever be treated differently or unfairly based on their appearance.

Need a little feel good therapy visit Ulta. Walking into store amazing scents instantly gave me a feel good feeling. Nicely lit up store was immaculate with everything easy to locate. Lovely young lady at cash register was friendly and helpful. It was my birthday month and she showed me the available options for my choosing.

We went in for my toddler's first haircut and Amanda took great care of us. She was very patient and made sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the entire process. We will definitely be back!

I went in late Thursday afternoon in desperate need for a new base routine because I had a wedding to attend on Saturday and was helped but the sweetest employee!! Aileen was so nice and helped me with everything I needed for a perfect base that would suit my skin type. She made recommendations and thoroughly explained the benefits and how I was to apply them to get the best results. She walked around with me for a good minute looking for every product I needed and shade matched me perfectly! She never made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking questions and trying different products. She was truly an angel!!

Very disappointed ? with Ulta
I bought a VRSCE EROS cologne back in 4/27/24@6:47pm Cashier Bridget. A few minutes later my Son changed His mind about the cologne so I went back at 6:58 to return it. It was unopened and I still have the receipt. We'll for some reason I checked my bank account and my money was never returned. I contacted customer service and it's August and still never got my$85.52.... PLEASE EVERYONE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU RETURN THINGS AT ULTA BEAUTY IN WAXAHACHIE.

Paige was a whole experience, I haven't wore makeup in years, she was able to bring back my self esteem to the point where it made me cry after I left. She was so awsome!!!! Being a black girl I didn't think she could match my skin tone but she shocked me. I recommend her if you are looking for foundation, concealer, primer, eye shadow, and lipstick!!! Also she introduced me to a great foundation that was not overbearing, had vitamins in there to help my skin an it gave me full coverage. Thank You Paige for changing my life. Paige was AMAZING! She gave me tips on how to use Urban Decay eyeliners and showed me tricks to mix two colors and to extend the liner upwards. So if you need help at Ulta, Paige is your girl!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jena and thank her so much for her help today. I went into Ulta needing a lot of help and guidance figuring out what makeup products would work best for me and my lifestyle. She was extremely thorough, insightful, and really listened to what I was needing and wanting. She did an incredible job of giving me options to choose from, helped color match me for some new foundation, and didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing things. She took lots of time to answer all my questions, and I left with new products that I’m super excited to try. I’m very appreciative of Jena and her phenomenal service today!

It has been years since the last time I shopped at Ulta. Every time I asked for help from one of the girls I felt rushed off. Today, I stopped by to get a Fenty foundation and I walked out with a KVD foundation (I totally love it) & other products. On top of that- the right shade!! Thank you Paige, for your patience, and being so sweet! She definitely loves what she does! I will be back & I will ask for Paige!

I went to Ulta for one thing and ended coming out with a whole new makeup routine, which was worth it. Paige was AMAZING and the SWEETEST , she helped me so much to find everything I needed for my new look , she took her time and was guiding me on what to use for my new look. The next time you go into Ulta and ask for Paige she’s the best !! 10/10 experience

I went into the store hoping to get my makeup done for fun but all associates were busy. This was for the best because then I was directed to the amazing PAIGE. She had such a warm and welcoming presence and a great personality. She knew her makeup and could tell she enjoyed helping her clients in her chair. She asked several questions to ensure she got the right foundation tone and then asked me more about other products I would want to use. I did not feel like she was trying to sell me products but mainly understood that I just wanted to try a new look. She nailed it and I have been using the products she has suggested. From the foundation, pore primer, concealer, bronzer, and even what brushes to use with each product. Paige made me feel heard and honestly just like I had the tools I needed to feel more confident in using makeup for my age. I want to say thank you, Paige. :)
