We got here at 6:28 and they had already locked the door for the evening. Completely unprofessional. I called the store and they answered the phones which just goes to show that they were still open. I pointed out to the lady that it was not past 6:30pm yet… They still had a couple of minutes left. But she didn’t care. She just said they were closed. If your store is closed, you wouldn’t be answering the business line. Stop closing the store EARLY. Lazy.

Very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. They take the time to greet folks entering the store, provide you with all options as well as all the info you need and they seem to be quite thorough with care and packaging.

They charged me $6 for two copies. Literally two pieces of paper. That is insane. I have used this store for over 10 years but I won’t any more. My trip prior to today I paid for a notary, and they did it wrong and I had to have my paperwork redone. I won’t make the mistake a third time.

Sat June 28 2025. My wife and I walk in and kindly ask for a passport photo. We notice this UPS location offers this as a service. There is no signage to indicate what hours or if there are restrictions on when this service is provided. We approach front desk clerk Norma and she notified what appears to be owner. The lady in the back (possibly owner) made a grimacing expression that indicated to us that she did not want to do the photo and felt it was an inconvenience. She said she could not do it now and we needed to wait, but she did so in a very rude and dismissive manner. We waited for close to 15 minutes and then left to Fed Ex where our photo was taken in less than 5 minutes. We will NEVER come to this location again. Absolutely rude and unprofessional employees.

I have always visited this location to drop off our return packages. I went today for passport photos. No where in the establishment is there a schedule of hours for passport or ID photos to be taken. A customer’s assumption based on the signage is that this is a service that can be provided at any time during the day. I was told today that I had to wait in a very rude and dismissive manner because clearly this request presented an inconvenience to the staff. I waited for some time but noticed that there was no sense of urgency to accommodate my request. I left and will not be back. To the owner of this establishment: you need to rethink why you got into this business that entails providing customer service.
