I dropped some packages and I notice the working hours didn't match with Google maps, I asked to the employee and confirmed that they close at 6pm and not at 5pm

Gonna ship a package and they said they can't tape my shipping label to my priority mail because "they don't supply us with tape". What kinds back woods postoffice can't provide tape to tape a shipping label on.Don't waste your time here, it's really just a check cashing business with a post office sign.

On Jan 13 I went into the post office to buy stamps. I spent over $20 in stamps to mail out our formal wedding invitations. Almost half of my guests never received their invitations. I placed them in their pull out outgoing mail bin. Now I’ve tried calling their local number and it just rings and nobody picks up!! Where did they lose my very expensive invitations?! They must still be on the floor in there!!! But nobody cares. Terrible customer service.

Amber was awful. She said she was the supervisor and that has me wondering about the whole establishment. Who would put someone with zero empathy and understanding of customer care over anyone. Lexus apparently is the manager and she was no assistance at all. These girls obviously hate their jobs. They should neglect the check if they’re going to neglect the customers. Any shipping office will print your prepaid label they simply said they don’t do it with no reasoning… after telling me I could send it through email and they could print it… they just choose not to.

Horrible customer service. They don’t have mailing tape or the usps boxes that they have DISPLAYED. Also you have to wait in line until they finish cashing checks to even get service. Just horrible. I will NEVER BE BACK !!

Horrible service...stood in line over 40 minutes just to mail letter off. No one to work post office side. Could have went to mail post office and been in and out quicker. This place needs a better sense of urgency or hire...only 1 lady doing everything.
