I went online and booked an 8:00 a.m. oil change with Waxahachie Ford. I received at least 2 confirmations. When I arrived I was helped by Eric, who told me the oil change would take about 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I went to check on the status, and Eric told me they haven't even started it yet. I said "I guess it doesn't do much good to book an appointment.", to which Eric responded, "Oh, that's just an appointment for us to talk about your service. It doesn't mean we will start it then." To which I replied, "Holy Cow!". Eric's response then was, "I can just have them pull your truck around front instead if you'd like." Another 45 minutes later my truck was finally finished. This was just for an oil change and tire rotation. No wash, vacuum, or anything extra. This was my first and last visit to the Service Dept. at Waxahachie Ford. Eric had an opportunity to make things right and blew it with his attitude.

Wanting to move into a smaller vehicle with better gas mileage yet keeping the extras that I became accustom to with my Ford Explorer, Corbin Schwalm listened with patience and allowed me to look into several vehicles there. I chose the Edge because it best suited my needs. I would highly recommend Corbin and Waxahachie Ford to anyone searching for a new Ford.

I’ve had my car serviced twice in the past month by Wax Ford and it was just not the best. I would try calling a million times a day and no one would pick up. Both times I got serviced they said my car would be done by a certain time and they would never call to tell me it was ready. I would have to call them and ask if I can pick it up.Both of my experiences were supposed to take a day to a couple days and it ended up taking a week each.It’s fine if you are understaffed but just say that instead of this.

Always a wonderful experience. My advisor was Antonio, he was very helpful and informative of the repairs that my vehicle needed. I was initially told that the diagnosis and repairs would take 2-4 weeks and they had it to me within a week! Which was so awesome. (due to a family emergency I had to leave town fast and was so glad I didn’t have to rent a car) always a great experience here!

Courtney was amazing! She came to me in the mobile service vehicle and with my street being so narrow, she found the safest place to work on my car. Even though she was still in a tight space she got the job done. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with the task.

First, Wax Ford now has pickup and delivery service!! A smooth transition for both went well.The technician who worked on our car was great!! He kept us up to speed on what was going on every stepOf the way. Very personable!

Mr Ellison made sure everyone was attended to. He was professional and on top of that he had a GREAT personality. I've enjoyed all of your service advisors during my visits at Waxahachie Ford. I've connected to them on a personal level and that's rare on first visits.Keep up the good work! It's not an easy job, I was a service advisor myself.

Waxahachie Ford Service department is excellent. Tried new service where they pick up your vehicle for service. They arrived promptly at my residence and returned my vehicle before the end of the day. Communication was good and had no issues. Brian came to pick up my vehicle and was very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this service especially if you’re a busy and don’t have time to go to the dealer. I was very pleased.

I purchased a 2020 Silverado Durmax. I asked for the service record of course they provided CarFax, but failed to add a copy to the final paperwork. The pride themselves on their "Customer Service", which in turn their character and carisma at sale was on point. Unfortunately it's all part of the sales trick. I traded in my BMW which they only value at 2,150$. They claim to give you a discount but what they actually do is mark up the price on the contract to show one but you're paying sticker price. Don't be fooled and don't let them write that in. They do not give you any discount. Be sure to check the oils etc. the offer a free change but let you leave on dirty low oil. It was also low on DEF fluid and we all know how troublesome that becomes if not cared for. Upon leavening the dealership 3hrs down the road the check engine light came on with a reduced power. This was on the freeway. Very hazardous and potentially life threatening for me and my son. Which they cared nothing about. Once you leave the location the customer becomes a number and commission. Safety is not their concern. After continuous struggle with the truck I sent it in for repair at GUNN Chevrolet. My conversation with "my sales representative" who states his main priority is customer satisfaction. I had the GM service récord pulled from the vin number and that's where everything came out. All the previous worked done to it and how it continues to be a problem. The same issues were on during their 42 point inspection but failed to mention so. GM records show which store numbers did what to it before sales. I definitely don't recommend shopping here at any point.

Eric Ellison has officially gained me back as a customer! I have had multiple issues when taking my truck to be serviced from a prior advisor who is no longer there, that had made me make an extra 30min drive to a different dealer for service. Eric was extremely professional and very friendly the entire time. He had my truck vacuumed and washed which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! My truck no longer has the issues that it went in for and is running strong. Thank you Eric for restoring my truck back with your dealership!

Traveled from different city to Waxahachie Ford because other Ford dealership wouldn't bother to help me with the problem I was having with my vehicle. Waxahachie Ford was courteous, helpful with my needs,prompt to order part I needed. Installation was prompt. I strongly recommend them I recommend Angela as a caring advisor. I will definitely use them again.

Eric in the service department did a wonderful job during my time there. While I was a bit displeased at not being able to get service on Saturday due to so many cars. I was able to schedule an appointment on Monday where Eric even helped me with the inspection on my car. Whenever I need service I will be bringing my car back up there.

I went in on a busy Friday before 4th of July weekend, Angela squeezed me in. She was just awesome to work with. Waxahachie Ford is lucky to have someone who goes above and beyond for their customers. I can see why she’s a sought after employee. Angela is thorough and very professional, I would highly recommend this Ford dealership above the rest. Keep moving forward!

Eric’s service is always great. I followed him from Ennis Ford for a reason. It had been a while since I’ve been to the Waxahachie location but Eric showed me around and made sure I didn’t get lost. Ask for him next time you need anything and I know he can help you out!

I'm not typically fond of dealerships, or their service departments but Jacob at Waxahachie Ford Service is quickly changing that opinion. The service I received was top notch and above and beyond what I expected. Really just went in for an oil change, and left with 1 of two recalls accomplished, oil change, tires rotated, and a flat fixed, and they washed my car. Excellent service and communication. Won't hesitate to go back.
