It was an overall great experience. There could of been more communication from are sales person. He wasn’t interested in us just in the sale. But the financial guy made it worth our wait. Explaining everything and help us select our best options. Very friendly. Really are appreciated the New car!!!

Radford gave us an amazing sales experience. It was quick and painless. The team did an outstanding job selling me a new car and informing me on the vehicle. Even trading in my old can was painless. I will definitely be back in a few years to purchase my next new car or truck.

I normally don't leave reviews but it's worth mentioning that this service department has the rudest, most arrogant person I have ever dealt with. You need to take a class in customer service. Long story short, I was led to believe that I had an appointment today but upon arrival I was told by the service department that I spoke to a call center and they don't know their schedule. Never once did he apologize nor did he even ask if he could schedule an appointment for me for another day - just kept on with his arrogant, rude attitude. Such an a******* Wish I would've asked for his name.. Called Don Davis Nissan and had a very pleasant conversation and got an appointment today. 5 stars for Don Davis Nissan customer service!

I was apprehensive about taking my car to a dealership for repairs but was pleasantly surprised with the quickness and cost of my repairs. I was told of items that need maintenance but was not pressured into getting those things done this visit. Trey, my advisor was very professional and accommodating. I will use this dealership for future repairs!!

On 8-22-23 I went to have my wife car looked at for a whining sound coming from it. I was greeted by a young man and then Lucas came out as well. Lucas was listening to the car and the sound it was making and called a tech over to listen to it as well. The tech ,Zach, quickly identified that the issue was a power steering pump. Thank you Lucas and Zach for being very prompt and attentive to my concerns for my wife’s car. I would rate higher if I could on both of you.1000% satisfied here! Both Lucas and Zach were professional and kind. This dealership will go a long way with these good people. Lucas and Zach hats off to you once again.

Stay away. I am not one to write reviews, but this companies actions makes it necessary to warn any potential buyers. Go elsewhere.Do not buy a car or even try to negotiate buying a car here unless you want to be abused.They lie to you. One minute they forget to add in the rebate I am not eligible for then we agree, shake hands, sign an agreement paper spelling out the terms, deal on, No way.Next surprise, since I am paying cash, $50,000, they have to charge me more because Nissan makes them do this. Again, i forcefully agree to pay more money.All good. Then, oh no, they say they made another mistake and forgot to add the mirrors we have to change. Extra $900.00Long afternoon. 2 hours of my time wasted. Stress level through the roofTotal runaround.Tricks, lies, dishonesty.They make what should be an exciting time buying a new car a very stressful miserable experience.Do not give them your business and help them to continue their bait and switch tactics.No way you will get treated fairly from this business.

Buying a vehicle here is the easy part. Just hope to heaven you never have to have it worked on at this location. The parts or service department will not answer their phones and it seems that normally either will the main receptionist. The phone tree will offer you a text message option but if they respond at all it will be some days later. I’ve had a 2023 Kicks in there for a replacement windshield for almost 3 weeks now. I won’t take it back to this place…. Ever.

I an not a frequent reviewer but this company deserves tis review and to let the public know how they do business. Do not buy a car there.Bait and switch tactics.Dishonest dealings. They lie to you and will waste your time.You think you have a deal and guess what, we forgot something.You then think we have a deal again and guess what, I'm sorry I forgot to add something to the price. Total runaround as they try to beat you downPlease don't go there and perpetuate further this kind of very bad business practices. You have been warned.

Everyone was friendly! Especially Tyler Preston. He made a stressful moment run smoothly and was very helpful and explained my situation thoroughly. Shout out to him for also buying my son snacks and drinks from the vending machine, I appreciate you. The dealership was very nice, as well, and they accommodated to children which I loved. My fiancé who was with me also said it was a way better buying experience from where he got his car. Great place to get a vehicle, hands down!

Had a really great experience here today. We had a bit of an emergency situation with our car and weren't sure what was causing the issue. Even with a full bay, Jay and the rest of the great service staff took the time to look at our car and find the issue for us. Luckily it was a quick and easy enough fix. Everyone took the time to explain the issue, keep us updated and they were transparent with what was needed and pricing. We will definitely be coming back for future services and can't thank Nissan Waxahachie enough for all their help.
