This is literally the worst location I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here since February and I’m kind of forced to come to this one because I live 2 min away but there’s only 1 teller, maybe 2 on a “good day”. Wait time is easily 25-35 min to get to the counter. This location needs to start hiring more tellers. White guy teller is rude and doesn’t care about customer service or efficiency. Black lady tries to hold it down on her own but this is ridiculous

Literally the rudest people I’ve ever talked to in banking. She claims she’s been in Banking 25 years and it’s a joke. Don’t go to this location or even call they are extremely rude.

This bank has been bully me to where I feel like I need to be checked in a mental institution. This is the worst bank that I have ever bank with and they have lost my business I will never bank with Wells Fargo. I wish Wells Fargo would just leave Waxahachie, Texas for good. You get a one star because I'm being nice.

Your phone tree does not cut it. When this 36 year customer calls the Waxahachie branch it’s important. Answer the phone and acknowledge your customers presence. This customer service is unacceptable under any circumstance. Your customer will have patience if a person asks for it. Again; your phone tree does not cut it. Do better.

I went in today to the customer service section without an appointment. Didnt really know one was required. I been with Wells Fargo for 10yrs & we use to be able to just walk in & sign a notebook to be seen. The lady made it seem like i was unimportant because No appointment. She told me to call the 800 so they can help me. Waste of time. She finally helped me but made it seem like she was doing me a favor. I'm glad i closed my account down.

I needed an insurance check endorsed on a Saturday morning. Patricia Lacy welcomed us, made calls to determine what procedures were necessary, and took care of it. Great customer service, thanks, Patricia.

Always busy but never enough tellers. The line is always super long and moves slow. The bankers are polite which is why I gave them a 3, but make an appointment if you can before coming because there’s no guarantee they’ll be able to see you without one for anything other then basic teller transactions.

Nobody helps inside lazy employees making us wait said they have an appointment coming in at 10am yet 10:06 and my issue could have been finished by the time they get here if they show up. It’s a wonder why banks are going under now planning to move my business accounts to Chase better customer service first come first serve basis.

Don't be in an kind of hurry when you come here...you will wait! The last 3 times I've come to this location there has been only 1 teller. Morning, afternoon or just before closing...it doesn't matter...you will wait. I've been here since 3:10pm and it's currently 3:46pm, and there are still 2 people in front of me. The teller is friendly, but no one in this building has any sense of urgency. Not very "customer friendly" in my opinion. We are all at their mercy and that's sad.

The branch manager at this location needs to retrained. My husband came in to make a wire transfer. We knew it wouldn't fund today. She did everything in her power to discourage transaction. The branch manager should be there to help her customers. Thankfully her employee are knowledgeable and polite.

Well fargo use to open your accounts without even letting you know. Now they need a 7 day notice through an online appointment.

If racism has a picture, it's wells Fargo in Waxahachie. Went up there to cash my wells Fargo check, they ask for 2 forms of IDs. I have gave them 2 forms of IDs, VALID forms of IDs, they still said they can't take my FSM passport. Some people need to educate themselves before they jump in there to deal with diversity.

They simply do not pick up the phone here when you call them. Unfortunately, they are the closest wells fargo to me.
