This place will take Advantage of women! Brian who works there has a narcissistic attitude and Kyle says he has all kinds of certificates but yet couldn’t fix my 97 Buick I took it to a female she fixed it in two hours this place is a joke! I caught them in a number of lies. Because of this I make sure to record all my interactions with shops. I’ll never be taken advantage of again!

My husband normally worked on our vehicles because we’ve had some really bad experiences with so called mechanics. This is the only shop in town my husband trusts with our vehicles, not only for the quality of work, but also their fairness and honesty in pricing. Highly recommend 2033!

The photos are jumbled up but I did the best I could with descriptions on all. This business was suggested by a mechanic I trusted. Boy, I should have trusted my gut and went to Christian Brothers instead. Anyway, when I went to pick up my vehicle I told them I was using Snap Finance. They did not disclose any other charges before setting up the agreement. They chose the percentage down and had me pay their portion they'd be charged by Snap Finance. And the $39 processing fee is standard with Snap Finance. I'd been using it for almost 2 years now, never a problem. They set up one agreement and then claimed it wasn't sent through on their end, even though I received it, and said they would contact customer support. He then went to his office and set up an entirely different agreement with a higher percentage down. So I paid the $188.30 down payment, $39 processing fee, and $41.58 they get charged. But the first agreement is being upheld by Snap Finance and they only recognize the $140.58 down payment and the $39 processing fee. So now I am feeling cheated bc not only did I pay more than the first contract I also am being charged twice the taxes. It's my fault I didn't look at the agreements and question them, first time dealing with this shop plus I really wanted my vehicle back after a long wait (about 5 days). They didn't itemize anything in the Snap Finance agreement, put everything under oil change. All the other shops I've used itemize everything and never had a problem paying what was said I owed. When I called SF customer support there were no notes on my account for when 2033 Auto "called" and they didn't understand why there was two agreements. Only the first one is being honored. And the shop got paid twice from SF but was corrected after I called, they did not call to amend the issue so they would have gotten away with it had I not brought it to SF attention. And I would have had to pay twice over had they not cancelled the second agreement. *The price of labor cannot be higher than the price of parts. They are not to charge state tax because Snap Finance charges taxes according to state. The percentage down is exclusive to the shop and has nothing to do with Snap Finance.* This is according to Snap Finance and can be verified with them. In my own opinion, this shop is not honest or trustworthy. I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went today to have them change my oil. I took about 15 quarts (3-3/4 gals) and an oil filter. When they finished I requested my extra oil back. My truck takes 13 qts. They said there wasn’t any. I had a little back and forth with the tech then I left. I thought maybe they had put the extra somewhere other than my crankcase but after 25 minutes at home I checked my oil. It was definitely overfilled. I called the shop and told them I was coming up there and that they needed to draw two quarts out of my motor. The guy said, “ok no problem.” I arrived at 6:02 and everything was locked up. A different tech came up and spoke to me. He was polite but he couldn’t help me. He did confirm that my truck had been overfilled. He said they could help me first thing in the morning. Other repair bays were still open. This is my work truck and I trusted this place to be competent enough to not overfill my motor with an extra HALF GALLON of oil. I am beyond livid. This place is a joke. They gush sincerity when dealing with customers, but it’s more like they’re rehearsing a gd script. Anyway, I’ll never go back. They charged me $60 to change the fuel filter (which I provided) on my 2015 Ford F-350. I’ve done it myself. It’s a 10 minute job. I learned my lesson.

Not sure where to start, besides if you deal with these folks count your fingers after you shake hands! I bought an 2007 short bus at an auction which I intend to use in my tour business. The guy at the school district recommended these folks, as they had worked on it previously. They had the bus for more than 5 months and told more lies than the devil himself could conjure. After telling me the bus ran and was nearly done they suddenly told me I needed an entire wiring harness for $4,000. I (of course) cut bait, paid them and sent it to someone qualified. They charged me $2300 for a PCM, new batteries, alternator and some work to the turbos. • They did not put new batteries in the bus (which they did refund eventually) • The PCM wasn't new (they claimed it was from Autozone, but it's the original Ford PCM which is not available through auto zone. When I told them this was bad, they basically told me to deal with it myself. • The cam position sensor was bad and the wiring harness was in fact bad, so their assertion it was running and driving was complete and utter BS. Longggg story short, these folks lie when the truth would do better and treated me like a fool. They got $2,000 from me for (near as I can tell) an alternator. Don't be the next s******

I took my Tahoe to have the suspension looked at. There was a bolt missing and they also said I needed to have the air ride system completely replaced. $1600. I said I wasn't going to do it right now and the woman got a bit rude and said it wasn't safe to drive the way it was. I took it somewhere else and the system checked out with no leak and in good shape. I also wasn't given correct information about the timing of getting it looked at, having the bolt replaced. I had to wait over an hour in the office after it had been there all day. They said they could come get me and they couldn't, at the last minute. Not impressed with the attitudes. Won't be going back.

Intermittent running, auto would crank, start then die right away. Maybe security issue. Secuirty stopped the gas flow which was falsely diagnosed as the fuel pump. Of course that didn't work so they said "the fauly fuel pump burned up the fuel regulator, they then replaced it. "2033" said it was fixed, I took it home, the next morning, the same thing. Had it towed back to the "2033" shop, now they want thousands to work on the electrical. I said just remove the 'passlock' security system, they said it was illegal, I can find no such law, the auto is still in the shop as we speak. Now it needs a new passlock system they say or the car won't run. Let me guess, it starts then dies.Service: Electrical repair
