Had Carl out to do a few small part replacements on our truck. I had the parts on hand and he had them installed in less than 30 minutes which would have probably taken me hours. Definitely worth the money.

Had two great experiences one week apart. Replaced broken coolant tank and line. And then got me a new washer reservoir the following week. I didn't have time to take my work van in fit these issues so having Carl come out on-site and get it fixed was a HUGE time / money saver not having to take my work truck out of commision for an extended shop stay.

I drove in from out of town to my daughter’s and my radiator hose busted as soon as I arrived and fluid was all over the street. I called A1 around 3:00 and Jody was on another job and said he’d be there around 5:00, which he was. He had to order hose and came back the next day to put it on. He was upfront on prices and charged what he said. It was a good experience and I would definitely use A1 again!

Called this company out, because the rear wheels wouldn’t move. Took off the differential pan and drained the oil. Said that the spider gear needed to be replaced. Said when the order would come in they would come back out. They never did and when called them to say hey you didn’t come out when you said you would. They made another appointment and still didn’t show up. All I wanted was my vehicle to be able to move well enough to get it to a mechanic shop. Didn’t even see if it was anything else wrong that was causing the problem. So, would I ever recommend this company no I will not. Unreliable and if it was something else the guy could have said something and I could have found someone else. At least be honest with the customer and I can understand when people make mistakes. But how this company works is very untrustworthy.

I had car troubles yesterday afternoon, I called 3 different mechanics and he not only was available to help, he was quick. His rates are unbeatable and he had me back on the road in no time!!! Thank you again, so much, you are truly a miracle!

Great experience. He made the time to change an oxygen sensor on my f150. Did a great job and went the extra mile.Took time to explain his work and how truck was operating. Reasonable priced. Treated me as a customer better than the local Ford places. Highly recommend.
