Hands down, the BEST oil change/inspection experience I've ever had! My car maintenance has been neglected for a while (shame on me). Baylee and Zander took great care of the car and me. They answered all my questions, advised on how to get (and stay) on a better maintenance schedule, and were just so very kind! Thanks so much y'all...you definitely have a return customer! :-)

Took me as a drive in, no appointment. They had everything my challenger needed and had me complete in under 10 minutes. It was 17 degrees Fahrenheit at that time. No way was I going to try crawling under my car and doing it in my driveway.

Baylee and Dalton did an amazing job with customer relations and quality of service. The oil change, wiper blades and cabin air filter had been completed in less then 15 mins. Would definitely recommend this team.

Take 5 did such a great job getting my oil changed quickly! They checked EVERYTHING and made sure to top off the washer fluid, which I know I needed. They showed me my air filter and we discussed whether or not if I needed a new one. When they showed me what a new one looks like, I felt like it was time to change it, which they did easily. I appreciated Baylee for making sure I was able to drive in and exit easily, too!Thanks to everyone in Hudson Oaks for taking care of me and my car!

Was in and out in less than 20 minutes for oil change/fuel filter change on my Chevy 3500 diesel work truck. Very fast and very courteous personnel. Will definitely be back.

I went to go get my oil changed on my new car. Has about 6.5k miles on it. They checkes it, said its fine and won't need to be changed until 7-9k miles. So I left. Couples days after my car starts smelling and leaking oil. My friend popped the hood and there was oil everywhere. They forgot to put the cap back on. Because of their negligence I could've lost my whole car if I didn't notice this. Such a simple mistake could've cost me a lot of money. Not impressed.

Stopped in today because I discovered my car was leaking oil. Jeff (the manager) and his team kindly looked into the issue. They replaced a loose oil filter, checked my oil levels and checked the air pressure on my tires. I offered to get an oil change, but they said I didn’t need one. I appreciated the honesty. To top it off, they didn’t even charge me for the filter they installed! Everyone was super polite, and I liked how you stay in your car while they do the service. It would be really nice for families with young kids because you just stay in your car.Great experience and I will be back!Edited to add: My previous oil change (and the loose filter) were not installed by Take 5.

Take 5 is wonderful. Josh and Jeff serviced my vehicle this last visit and they were great. I’ve never had a bad experience and the technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable. Take 5 is a little pricier than other places but the quick service and awesome employees totally makes the cost worth it.Service: Oil change

The guys welcomed me with a bottle of water, so friendly and helpful. Showed me all the prices before the service, didn’t force any services on me and explained everything they were doing. I got 4 simple services and it only took maybe 10 minutes. Great customer service!

These guys took great care of me. They let me know about a problem starting with my oil pan and since they do not do oil pans I knew I could believe them. Everyone was friendly and appeared to actually be enjoying their job. I’ll be back.Service: Oil change

This was my first time at a 5 min oil change. And now I know why it is called that.. I came in and they were not busy at all.. total of 3 cars.. the guys that work there are nice. But after spending $140 for a advance synthetic and a new air filter, I expect them to finish the job and do it correctly.. when I got home my husband had noticed I had a oil leak.. once he climbed under it he saw my drain plug had not been put on all the way.. while I was there I asked what all fluids do yall check.. they said oil and coolant.. well I decided to check that since they didn't do my drain plug correctly.. and they did NOT fill my coolant nor do they put the screws back into my air filter box.. I did call them and let them know. But all they said is they were sorry and he would inform the mechanic.. definitely was my first and last time to be there.. I will keep my business at firestone.

Today I had the pleasure of going to get an inspection here and Dalton was so amazingly kind. They were super busy and I did have to wait and totally didn't mind since my inspection was expired. He apologized for the wait, was super kind and I'm sold on going back for my next oil change now. People you just can't find service like this anymore. What a sweet Sunday Blessing. Y'all need to go see Dalton and the crew at Take 5 Hudson Oaks.

Mix oil brands without asking me. I’m a disabled vet and I may be slow now, but intelligent. I saw them add mobile 1 and AC Delco oil without my approval. I asked for a refund and manager refused. He wants me to drive back and they will try again. Absolutely not!! They’ve lost my trust. It’s called fraud. Charge me for one brand and switch to inferior quality.

I was given veteran discount but they changed brands while adding oil. they never asked if I was ok with that but I saw them do it. I mentioned to the guy and he said they ran out of the brand I wanted Mobile 1 so they mixed it and said it's ok. I said not with me. Mgr later told me he'd change it out, so lie one was they were out. I don't trust them with my $70k diesel truck. He would not give me a refund so I'll have to pay at dealer tomorrow. Really bad business practice.
