If they have the medication you need, they're fine. If not, no one mentions it. I had to ask twice, and no one said anything. The app doesn't say it's out of stock. You would think they would mention it when you show up to pick up the rest, but that makes too much sense. Good luck finding it elsewhere. They don't offer to help you find it. I guess they hope you get home before you realize that it's missing. You have to call around to find it and have that pharmacy call them. All of these things would be much easier before you leave the house, but the app shows it's getting filled. The app needs serious help. It seems like an app from 15 years ago.

Having lived in California, I have cooked or eaten hundreds of pounds of tri-tip roast. when I saw Santa Maria Tri-tip roast I was really excited. I cooked it as directed which was the same as I cooked Tri-tip in CA...but it was not Tri-tip but a cheap, tough, mostly gristle piece of meat. could not slice it with my sharpest knife. Albertsons butcher shop, please report this to your suppliers.

This Albertson’s is nasty. We have to follow all of their rules during this pandemic and they do not even have soap in their ladies room. Not only that one of the checkers was using the restroom while I was in there and there was no soap. So she banged on the empty soap dispenser, rinsed her hands and went right back to her register to check people out. Disgusting. Will never shop there again.

my complaint is not about the store itself. Albertsons overall is a nice grocery store however, the Monopoly scam... and yes that's what it is. it is a scam plain and simple. I shop there on a fairly regular basis and ended up with over 300 tickets. all I wanted was a single donut and a bottle of dressing. not even the $5 cash prize after over 300 tickets scanned. if that's not the definition of a scam I don't know what it is.

Horribly incompetent pharmacy staff. Claims they sent a refill request to my daughter’s doctor in Dallas but tells me the request was signed by her doctor here in Weatherford! Then argued with me about it, trying to convince me she sent it correctly!! Faxing is apparently too difficult. They routinely fax refill requests to the incorrect number and then do not correct it after they have been given the correct number multiple times.

In the past we've had good experiences here. This review reflects our shopping experience last night. We were sent coupons in the mail and decided to use them as we've done in the past. Albertsons was out of the bacon that applied to the coupon we had. I grabbed another package of bacon of the same price. This happened once before and they didn't have an issue honoring their coupons.

Albertsons in Weatherford needs to start blocking off at least half the parking lot for paying customers when there are events in town! I had to take my $200 grocery shopping list elsewhere because the lot was full of Peach Festival guests. I wasn’t willing to drive around the lot for 30 minutes just to find a parking space! Not good business!!!

I've been shopping there for years now and tonight I felt insulted. I was in line quite awhile and there were 2 separate people in the checkout line in front of me that both had issues. Took over 20 minutes, then when came my turn I was charged for something I was supposed to get 4 free. I told the cashier, she took it out of the bag added it then removed it. I said that different change the previous one. please fix it. she looked at me blankly. this was a young girl. I wasnt

I have been a loyal Albertsons shopper for many years. This store has recently remodeled in what I suppose is to compete with a new store that opened in Hudson Oaks. Twice I have received “free†food offers on my App. When I went into the store to obtain the product, I discovered the store doesn’t carry the item. Twice I have used the new self-checkout. I am watched like Bonnie Parker standing outside of a bank. These are just a couple of instances. I’m ready to “break up†with a store I have loved for years. The new and improved store is far from what it used to be.
