Do not rely on this staff to take care of you. My husband picked up my medications for me as I was unable to get out of bed. Didnt see that one of the medications was 3x the usual price and he didnt know better. First time picking up for me. I have had this medication filled several times with this pharmacy. After I saw the error I called within 30 minutes after the transaction. The tech was unable to help me. I asked for the manager, unable to speak with him that day or the next as he was not working. After speaking with the manager Jason 3 days later. He refused to help me. Basically red tape is what his excuse was all because I used a discount card. So moral of the story. I hope you are watching after yourself and the prices of your medications because this staff doesnt. This pharmacy just lost a customer. Redo your discount cards every visit, every prescription. This pharmacy knew better and didn't look after their customer. Shame on their patient care. They can/should do better.

They have been great until the last month or so. I was on automatic refill for my medications then all of a sudden they just stopped. I called to check on it 2 days ago, was told they would fill it. I just stood in line for over 30 minutes waiting for my medicine, sick I might add because I ran out of medicine, only to find out they never filled it so I get to wait some more! This is very frustrating and I am miserable! Looks like it’s time to look or a new pharmacy that cares about their customers!

They expect you to completely run out of medication before they will fill them for you. Good luck getting any meds in time before being sick from lack of PRESCRIBED medication. The pharmacist talks to people like a robot with zero compassion for real people. I’ve never witnessed a pharmacist talk down to people like I did today.

If they have the medication you need, they're fine. If not, no one mentions it. I had to ask twice, and no one said anything. The app doesn't say it's out of stock. You would think they would mention it when you show up to pick up the rest, but that makes too much sense. Good luck finding it elsewhere. They don't offer to help you find it. I guess they hope you get home before you realize that it's missing. You have to call around to find it and have that pharmacy call them. All of these things would be much easier before you leave the house, but the app shows it's getting filled. The app needs serious help. It seems like an app from 15 years ago.

Having lived in California, I have cooked or eaten hundreds of pounds of tri-tip roast. when I saw Santa Maria Tri-tip roast I was really excited. I cooked it as directed which was the same as I cooked Tri-tip in CA...but it was not Tri-tip but a cheap, tough, mostly gristle piece of meat. could not slice it with my sharpest knife. Albertsons butcher shop, please report this to your suppliers.

I have to give this location props. I'm not sure if is all locations or this one in particular but it is incredibly clean and inviting. I was shocked walking through the produce section, all the fruits and vegetables were lined up side by side, not just dumped in a bin, which ultimately leads to people having to touch every item before they bag the one they want. Also the non-parashables were straight and labels all facing forward. It shows that they are truly making an effort and I really appreciate it. I will be shopping here from now on. I don't mind paying a bit more for cleanliness and employees that care.

How about you get some cashiers instead of having your employees chase and harass people for not wearing a mask. Some of which are medically exempt! Are they all of the sudden health care workers instead of cashiers? It's not their job to tell people to wear a mask. Their job is ring people up, oh and clean your gross restrooms! Lost many customers do to your customer service and tyranny!

This Albertson’s is nasty. We have to follow all of their rules during this pandemic and they do not even have soap in their ladies room. Not only that one of the checkers was using the restroom while I was in there and there was no soap. So she banged on the empty soap dispenser, rinsed her hands and went right back to her register to check people out. Disgusting. Will never shop there again.
