I was a month behind on my rent, I understand that was my fault. However, when I went to move out, I had to pay my late rent and fees, which again, my fault and paid it, but they don't pro-rate your rent. So I had to pay a full months rent to get my stuff out. All my stuff was dirty, had mouse or rat droppings in it, and just looked like it had been sitting in the elements. The lady in the office was nice but that's about the one good thing I can say about this place. I also moved out on the 2nd of January not the 13th. The lady in the office knew because she saw us moving out and I told her it was cleared when we left that day. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. They also raised their rates several times while we had the unit. All in all I wasn't very pleased with this facility and wish we'd have used a different one or got our stuff out much sooner.

Nice people, terrible facility.
It was obvious that rodents, rain and climate would pose serious problems.
After reading a review where rodents had eaten most of I've lady's expensive items we decided to go elsewhere.

The lady at the office was super sweet and helpful! She showed us the unit we would be getting as well as the truck they offer! The unit is a great price for the size and well maintained. A secure place I feel comfortable storing my belongings.

The manager in the front office was courteous and knowledgeable. I don’t need storage now but I’ll be back because of her customer service of the young lady in the office.
