Raymond, I still have not had a call from you or the lady who was the one actually in the store and the one who called the Corporate office and left a phone number that she will not answer and voice mail is full.Our customers know we do not have anyone in suite and tie and do not talk to our customers that way. If it was you in the store then you have the wrong store. Why make accusations like this and then ignore any type of communication ? Based on video surveillance , yes we have this, this is not what happened and yes there were people very close to both parties and I do think someone would have at least turned their head and looked had this been said.Your are still more than welcome to call the store and leave a good phone number you may be reached at to try and get this cleared upThank YouOwner -Mark

This place is racist and disgusting. I just went in and asked for a certain type of hair relaxer and the manager in a button up suit and tie said to me “you might want to try a store around where n*gg**rs live” very loudly in a store full of people. I am shocked and disgusted and calling corporate.

Had open job interviews Saturday May 1st from 9:30am-4:30pm. RSVP'd, arrived at 1:30 to it being closed! Signs still up needing help. If Rebel can't follow their own job posting, I'd hate to see how they run the business, thanks for wasting my time, but you did me a favor.

I whole heartily agree w/the other two,they treat you like your going to steal them blind the man stalks you up and down the isle .A person can't feel comfortable to just stand and look the products over and decide whether it is what we want.Just very uncomfortable .I feel I better get what I came for and get out.It's ridiculous.

I love Amanda! She does her very best in providing customer care. Not just customer service but customer care. She's patient. She is knowledgeable. She takes time to find the answers if she doesn't know them and does her best to get you the correct product. She takes pride in her work. Keeping us informed and impressed with remember our individual products. What a great asset to this company
