“I would say that you pay more to come here but it is a 2 to 3 person small shop I like supporting AND I consistently get in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. To me, being able to support a small shop and getting fast service have been worth the higher cost.
My last favorite shop has gotten too busy now as our town has grown and the wait times for oil changes there can now be about an hour or more so the promptness here is awesome.”
“I was having issues with the car not running after starting. Issue turned out to be a bad fuel pump and Matt and team took care of it when they said they would and on-time. You can't ask for more than that. Would definitely and will be using them again.”
“I had my truck lowered a while back and it's never had the best ride. I got in contact with Truxx in Weatherford. These guys went above and beyond. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough with my truck. They fixed the issue with the lowering kit on the rear of my truck. Rides awesome now!! Highly recommend these guys. Thank y'all for everything!!”

“These guys are friendly and professional and do quick , quality work but most importantly they are honest . Was having some problems with the Evac system and it was showing several codes . They gave me a quote and went to work on my car . Found out that the problem and the codes were do to a local dealership leaving an oxygen sensor unplugged . They cleaned it hooked it up properly and the codes and and ck engine light were gone . They could have been dishonest and charged me for the quoted work but they fixed that particular problem free of charge . They are now the only place in town I take my cars .”

“The sales process went somewhat smooth took a little longer that I would care for around 4hrs to complete everything and leave. At The first wash of the vehicle I noticed an exterior scratch to rear hatch window. That should have been caught upon delivery or when the vehicle was washed at the dealership
Now we have a new car with a scratched window that we have to live with. It’s a small scratch but it should have been noticed”

“Update Fast and easy drop off 2-3 weeks on return for the vehicle. That was to be expected with how busy these guys are. This took a little longer then expected. Do to the insurance ( GEICO ) not being capable of doing there job. Bryan and his team are hands down very professional and great at what they do. Happy wife Happy life.”
“Adam and the crew are always phenomenal! The only place in Weatherford can consistently get me in regularly. The customer experience is always great and so are the guys. Recently had some front of work done and there was one part that we thought would be OK but didn’t replace at the time. Had some abnormal wear on the front tire about 1500 miles after the work was done. Not only were they quick to get in and diagnose the issue. We replaced the one part and they also put two new tires on for me as the others had some damage. I can’t say enough about the work ethic or attention to detail that these guys show. “This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization.

I needed an O2 sensor replaced on my 2011 Mitsubishi Lancer ES. Every other mechanic I called prior gave outrageous quotes (ex: $160, $250). Not to mention, I would've had to wait several days to bring my car in before they could work on it.
I called Parker County Automotive, and they were able to get my car in the same day and replace the sensor at an affordable rate of $100.

“My car broke down this week in Weatherford, so I had to have it towed to a service shop. I asked the tow company who they would recommend, and the shop they recommended was Ernie's. The staff at Ernie's was very helpful and did great work on my car. The charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ernie's to any one.”

“Amazing customer service called and asked if they could fix a valve stem on a horse trailer tire they said yes! They fixed it in 5 min discount, pep boys , and Firestone all turned me away or told it me was an hour + wait! Will keep them in our list of great places while traveling!”
“I recently brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers for a diagnostic, and I was very disappointed with the experience. During their work, they unplugged my sensors and rethreaded my air intake bolts but forgot to reconnect everything properly. As a result, multiple codes began appearing, yet I was told I needed additional diagnostics instead of having the initial issue corrected.
Additionally, I have a specialty wheel lock tool that was used by the shop but never returned. This tool is not easy to replace, and losing it caused me significant inconvenience and expense.
On top of all this, as the owner, I ultimately had to correct the issues myself that were caused by their mistakes.
Overall, I feel the shop mishandled both the diagnostic process and my personal property. I expected professionalism and care, but instead I left with more problems than when I arrived.
****UPDATE**** — The General Manager called me the following Monday (08/25/2025) to resolve the issues I initially was concerned about. I am being fully reimbursed for my lost wheel socket lock & they took full responsibility for everything that happened + providing me a complimentary oil change. Thank you for being so prompt!”

“I dread searching for a new vehicle but I wanted to replace my Audi with a bigger vehicle. I started at Weatherford Honda. Not sure of what I wanted, I went to several dealerships in the area: Audi, Toyota, Volvo, Lexus and another Honda dealership. I came back to Weatherford Honda for a couple of reasons. The sales people were considerate yet not pushy. They knew the details about each of the models I was looking at. When I chose the vehicle I ultimately bought, the sales manager and finance department were all just as courteous. I actually enjoyed this experience and didn't feel pushed into a particular vehicle that they may have wanted to get off the lot or just make a sale. Weatherford Honda is a really nice place to get a vehicle and I would highly recommend them for your first and last stop!”
