Lately, the wall plug ins start to leak within a few months of using them. I tried to exchange them at the store and was told the "new" policy will not allow for exchanges or returns of defective product. Funny because the website policy doesn't say that.

I walked in the store about 20 minutes ago. There were 5 or so workers standing in a circle talking to each other near the entrance and not one greeted me or asked if I needed help. I wandered around a few minutes in search of something in particular but still wasn't acknowledged. It's online shopping from now on.You lost a good sale.

My daughter and I really enjoyed ourselves at this particular Bath and Body Works. We were greeted right away with smiling faces from several of the associates. Everything was so nicely organized and easy to see. We mainly came there to buy some miniature hand sanitizers, but we were also swept off our feet with all the new items on display! I'd like to give a shout out to a lovely lady named Shannon, who convinced me to also purchase a wonderful scented bar of soap! Thank you Bath and Body Works Weatherford for an unforgettable shopping experience!

The staff was so nice here and the store was immaculate. Nothing out of place clean and well designed. Loved the sale they had too! Bogo candles are where it's at.

I like the scent of hand washing and trial，I really like the taste inside, but the price is a bit expensive, but worth it. I have tried other brands, but they are not as good as here.
