If I could give zero stars it would be too many. Gave them a drive to attempt recovery. They failed at the store and UPS ground shipped it to another location and it was lost in transit. They did not replace the drive and hid behind their terms and conditions, only compensating for the loss of the data. The folks at the store were OK with compensating for the drive but had to refer me to corporate who took that off the table. Such complete and total villains.

Nice store, clean, busy, fun decorations. Sadly they only had a few options for tablets, mine broke and I really needed one. Staff wasnt around, had to searchbto find someone to ask questions.

Placed a pickup order for an item in store and then got ignored when calling in asking about if it would be ready before tomorrow(it wasn't). Asking people to do their jobs seems too much for them.

False advertising. They advertise battery replacement for IPhones. I make an appointment, drive to store wait in line all to be told they can’t replace my phone battery because it’s not in stock. They also can’t order a battery, and also (you guessed it) they won’t send it in to apple because the battery doesn’t meet the threshold for battery replacement even though I’m paying for it out of warranty. I ask them if there is any work they can do or do they just stand around and talk to customers and say NO. They tell me to pound sand, and take it to an Apple store which is in another city. lol. They have lame service and rude employees. They also like to play games with the customer, and make outlandish excuses of why they can’t perform work which they advertise. Pathetic company.

Don’t expect anyone to help you. We were in the store around 30 minutes one girl was running around helping as much as she can. The rest of the employees were standing around. Two at the front stand some at the phone area and some in the laptops. Had to go to the front 2x to try and get help none ever came. The girl asked us once when we first got to the area we were looking at but after became overwhelmed. Not sure if it’s Best Buy not giving them enough hours, staff not showing up or the fact that 4 employees were doing nothing while this girl worked that’s the problem.

Great experience. The phone tec switched me from Verizion to AT&T. It took a while. He was great. Recommend this store to anyone.
