We used Overflow Garage to store all our home possessions as we built our new house. Checking in was easy and all done online. We never had any issues with our storage. Items remained safe. Location was convenient. Check out was also easy. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Overflow garage is the only place I trust with my things. Customer service is THE best. I have never had a problem with these guys in any way. They are super considerate and have never thrown shade like other companies have in the past. I forgot about my auto draft there (because it’s effortless) and had cancelled the card I had been using- instead of just letting my bill rack up with extra fees they informed me immediately that my auto draft had failed and that is EXACTLY what I needed. I had forgot about them! Absolutely adore this company and recommend, hands down.

Easy online sign-up. The best part is the 24hr access!! I would have never been able to move heavy items around with the scorching sun making 105 feel like 120. Being able to do this at 11pm was a Godsend!

We really enjoy doing business with them. I can understand going up on prices but we have been with them for around 20 plus years and they go up $45 on my rent and we were not notified. We have never been late or missed a payment

Update: I had to send an email through the website on the main page and a manager called me within minutes. Lisa, she is so kind. We found out after 5 days of calling, the call center was not relaying any messages to the manager, so if you have troubles, go to the website's main page and send an email, they will help immediately during business hours.I do want people to be aware of what happened to me. I hadn't signed a contract for one of my units and had already been charged for two, and it was more than what I was quoted as well. Understand that there is NO manager or office in person, it's all completed through a telephone service that is not local and is a third party. I haven't had access to either units, I was told as soon as I got off the phone I would have an email sent to me, which never happened. I rented 2 units, but only signed a contract for one and I've already been charged for both. I've been calling every day, without any response, which I learned was because the phone company wasn't relaying the messages. I've already received another email asking for payment for January. Garbage customer service through the phone line, wonderful service with Lisa after the email I sent.

Great prices...very frustrating to get set up. Everytime I called, got someone new on the phone. Nobody at facility to help with access code. It took one of the owners to contact me to get everything resolved.

Someone broke into my storage unit and stole a washer dryer and deep freezer. They changed the lock! No security since they don't use the gates anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Just the worst makes Walmart look good
