“Great quality beef. But the price kept increasing. When I called about getting a half a side it was quoted at $2.79. When I drove in to place my order it the next week it was $2.89....I didn't pay attention. Once the $700 order arrived and was ready for pickup...the price jumped to $3.05 / lb. I had not noticed but just assumed it wasn't going to change. 25 cents per lb for 235 lbs. Pretty good profit enhancement for Hamilton's. Like $65 extra beyond what I was quoted at ordering time.
