Would 100% not recommend using Caliber ever. There were some polite people I talked to on the phone, but they never followed up with the documents I asked for, had to call them several times, emails went unanswered (and still are). My “advisor” was often at lunch or left at 4. They were “short handed” more than once when people were on vacation. They also want you to agree to the repairs before you get the estimate!
But first and foremost they damaged my truck further. While moving it the lower ball mount broke and the truck dropped, bending the bumper and snapping the brake line. I absolutely think more care should have been taken, and responsibility definitely should have been acknowledged. Instead, Troy was incredibly rude, both on the phone and in person. Honestly one of the rudest and most horrible customer service experiences I’ve EVER had. This took my truck from “repairable” to “total loss” in their estimation. It was a disaster of an experience all around, I’m disappointed that USAA referred them to me as a “preferred” body shop.

I made an appointment to get an estimate from them and had to reschedule twice because my schedule kept changing. When I showed up for my appointment today they said I wasn’t on the schedule and I wasn’t in there system. So I don’t know how good their work is but if I can’t trust them to make an appointment, I can’t trust them with my car

Folks where kind/polite took care of all issues with vehicle even called rental company for a ride to enterprise Thank you for a Job well done .

Caliber collision weatherford is great. Celeste is amazing and helped me through it all and fought to make sure the exact car parts were replaced (insurance was giving us a hard time) thank you to all the mechanics and team members that helped bring my baby back! My charger looks amazing.

I came in without an appointment and Jennifer at the front counter was so kind and asked Troy to come out and help me. He without hesitation, came outside and helped me put my outside mirror back on. I highly recommend Caliber Collision without hesitation if you’re ever in need of this type of service. Thank you, Troy and Jennifer, for being so kind, professional, and service focused.

These people are great. Communication with Nate was daily. Part had to be ordered from Germany. Was expecting 2 weeks delivery, came in early. Car was finished before ETA. The FRM went out while in repairs and these guys got it to dealer. Part was under extended warranty. They took care of getting there and back to shop. Troy was helpful and wanted it to be satisfactory. Excellent job and detailed when I pick it up.Thanks Caliber team of Weatherford.

Insurance cut me a check for a door ding. All I wanted is a quote to repair. Office lady insist they have to go by the quote from the insurance. I just want to pay out of pocket. I was informed it doesn’t work that way. They need the insurance quote. This was a door ding very minor repair. It got to the point of feeling uncomfortable and dishonest. I had some issue with this company a few years ago. I guess nothing has changed so taking my business elsewhere.

I always take my cars to caliber collision when needed. The location in Weatherford Texas is very nice and friendly karen is the best.

They painted the doors on my truck. When I got the truck home my kids asked “why did they put squiggles on your truck?!” So if you like squiggles or the hip hop graffiti look I highly recommend Caliber Collision. I called them about it and they said to just apply wax… and it will barely be noticeable! Well it is still noticeable.
I also had trouble with the rear door seal being installed incorrectly. The guy there walked over and slammed the door shut…. “Seems good to me, it will break in”
WARNING! Do not accept delivery on your vehicle until seeing it in full sunlight!
WARNING! The manager will argue with you and tell you that any issues you find are normal and act like you are crazy for bringing it up. If your door doesn’t shut right, insist they fix it! The shop in Fort Worth was able to get the door to shut after some adjustments.
UPDATE: they were able to re-buff the truck and get the squiggles out. Just had to miss work to get it done. Thanks
